I had a taste for spicy chicken i repeated my order 3 times 5.00 fan box spicy with a leg thigh and a wing. I got a breast leg and thigh mild. I really should just tell them to give me whatever you want and I’ll pay for it because that’s what you get. My dinner is ruined!!! And i had to figure out which Popeyes did i want to deal with because all of them in Dolton, South Holland and Harvey have something majorly wrong with them.

The Cook did nothing wrong He was a light skin male with long locks and tattoos. The food was pretty decent. But the customer service and atmosphere was absolutely terrible. They had trash on the floor and their trash bin was completely full. The women in the front taking orders were fooling around and getting everyone order wrong. I had to repeat myself at least four times because she was holding a conversation with another coworker. The food that I ordered was already done all they had to do was put in a box. I waited nearly 10 to 15 minutes for them to hand my order because they were packing other customers orders that was here After we already arrived and put our order in . The lady that was packing my order ending up forgetting three of my items and I had to come back

I did a online order for a two three PC spicy chicken, when I arrived i was told it would be 15 minute wait on spicy chicken, so I said just give me the original chicken instead.
When I returned home 15 miles away, I opened my box up and discovered that I only received a two PC meal.
I drove back to the store and had to wait at the front counter for twenty minutes before being ask can I help you.
I explained my problem to the clerk, I said also I want extra chicken for my inconvenience, they did give me a total of four.
This location needs better supervision, no leadership inside the store.

I have an issue almost every time I go here. Last week I placed a mobile order and it took them over 30 minutes to complete it. Today I ordered a 4 piece chicken. I specifically asked for 2 wings and 2 breasts. I received 1 wing, 2 thighs and a leg. I did the chat support, submitted a photo as requested, and the automated system told me without a photo they can’t assist me and closed my case. I tried to resubmit to the cjat and ot keeps telling me my case is resolved or closed. I called the 800 number and it takes me to the chat. Rinse & repeat.

This was a mobile order. When I got to the mic I told them it was a mobile order and they said pull around. When I get to the window they give me a total. I repeat its a mobile order. They asked if I said that at the mic. I said said. She huffed and asked my name. With an attitude she told me to pull around. Which seems to happen with each mobile order. No apology or even an apologetic demeanor. I don’t get this type of customer service at other locations.

This use to be my favorite Popeyes but it’s now the worse experience. I’ve come several times through the drive thru and you can smell the aroma of weed. You can smell it when you walk in as well. The also refuse to honor my coupon and change something everytime I come there. They over charge and be so high they get the orders wrong repeatedly. The managers are the worse. They talk at you and are extremely disrespectful. I highly don’t recommend.

Had a 10 piece with two sides and biscuit. Everything was awful. Mashed potatoes missing gravy and the biscuits was so THICK and disgusting. Only thing was good was the free hot sauce! Chicken hard as ever and dry!

These female employees are worried about the wrong shit . They all wear personal headphones and taking on the phone. I went inside to get my order at 8:30pm, 1 of the girls said, “Ohh, we coming inside for our food?” Well duh if my food is paid for and yall have cars wrapped around the building. Then the girl handling my food is steady talking on the phone and I had to repeat myself 3x to this employee for what I wanted.. crazy. Poor management here

Ordered a 5 piece tender, got a 3 piece… asked for just tenders and fries, the server still asked 3 times what i wanted to drink… I asked for BBQ sauce, they have me ranch… These people are SLOW, or they just don’t pay attention at all! I’m so pissed because I got my order to go, and just realized my order was all messed up once I got back to my destination.

The menu said an item was 7.49 and I was charged 8.49 for it. When I was given my order it didn’t include the bacon and cheese I ordered for the price of 7.49. I had been arguing already being overcharged for the sandwich and the woman at the counter justified that it will definitely be 8.49 for the bacon and cheese like that I was the point I was trying to argue. I agreed to it because I was hungry but I’ll never come back to this location. She also kept pointing to number 3 instead of number 2 pretending like she didn’t know what I was talking about.
