This is the first time I went to a Popeyes and got out in less than an hour and with everything I ordered. But seriously the service was super fast and friendly. My order was 100% correct. The chicken was hot and crispy and the biscuits were so fluffy and good. My only complaint is that the drive through is too skinny and you will hit the curb unless you do like a 3 point turn to get around the building. I wont take any stars away for this but when the building was built they should have thought of that

This place is absolute garbage. Last 4 times I’ve been there I’ve ordered ahead and paid online. Still an hour wait to get a family meal. Even though it says you can pick up through drive thru, they always have you pull around and come in. Today after my usual hour wait…. I get home and the breading is falling off the chicken. No way in hell you could call it crispy. Was not even near fully cooked. Missing sauce. I understand once in a while the ball gets dropped but 4 times in a row. This place needs to be shut down. Dirty inside. Atmosphere sucks. Food sucks. Enormous wait time. Better off spending that time driving to a further location that is unaffiliated with the owner of that location. They should be embarrassed to call that Popeyes.

Not only is Popeyes overpriced their customer service is severely lacking. I spent $82 on an order to get here 20 minutes later, well within the time the order said it would be ready only to find out they hadn’t even started cooking the chicken for the order. It was a 16 piece so nothing outlandish. Did they seem to care? No not at all. I won’t be coming here again.

This location needs to close. The chicken had been sitting out too long and I was short on my order and had to return. I explained to manager that the food was not fresh and she just gave me the missing pieces of chicken. Needless to say I will not return to this location. I rather travel 30 minutes to Frankfort for better service and quality of food.

I visited this location right after the gym I ordered blackened tenders for me a fry for my baby I was told they were out of fries and explained just the tenders were fine. I paid for my food as I’m driving I took a bite of my tender and realized it was breaded ( I have a severe gluten allergy!) I came back around and the girl at the window (neon green wig) explained she told me they were out when she in fact did not but only told me they were out of fries and continued to still give me something I did not ask for. While giving me my refund she explained I will be receiving $4.18 although I paid $5.58 due to a bite being taken out of the tender. She was very rude and dismissive I tried calling the store to speak to a manager the number is not in service. Customer service sucks the employee I dealt with is not one who should be taking orders as her attitude is terrible. I will be calling corporate as I explained I have a gluten allergy and I was charged a dollar for taking a bite out of my food that was incorrect on her end I found that extremely ridiculous.

Normally I would have given them 5 stars because I have never had service issues. However this time. Customer service was lacking a little. There were 2 people sitting doing paperwork while it looked like only 3 people were working mind you drive thru line was wrapped around the building. When I picked up my order and got home we were missing our large fries. Went back to get them and waited over 20 min to get the rest of the order they forgot. There is no way it takes over 20 min to get some fries!!!!

Corporate…. please take over. Fix this place. The wait times are ridiculous; they are sooooo slow. Something is always sold out. There is no point of ordering ahead… the food wont be ready. There is no point of using UberEats or any delivery service, your order will arrive incorrect. Help is needed, there is potential.

No concept of service, or management came in for lunch on a Monday and they were out of the following:
Fries, coleslaw, red beans n Cajun rice, napkins, hot sauce, honey.
Then the chicken they did have was soggy and extra greasy. Biscuit was hard and barely warm.
