I am so livid and disgusted! I received myself and my daughter food only for her to come running telling me it was HAIR inside of her sauced chicken! not one piece but SEVERAL pieces of hair. They also can’t say it was mines nor hers because it was buried in the sauce as well as us both having locs! I went through Uber eats and have yet to get a response back! oh but it doesn’t stop there, I also had a 6 wing missing out of my order after paying 35 dollars for some cold CHICKEN! Hair in food?! the health inspector should be called on this place. Can’t get ahold of anyone because the phone just rings. Save yourself and go to the grocery store and make your own chicken at this point because this location is NOT it.

Walked in around 2pm today and was pleasantly surprised to see everything clean and the staff were hustling. Taking care of everyone. Especially Nasem. You can really tell that she takes a lot of pride in her work. Never saw anyone more dedicated.

I would not recommend going here. Two different times I have comed here and ordered food through the drive-thru. Both times I have gotten so sick and now I know is because of the food is either not kept in correct temperature or I have gotten food that is not cook correctly. Whatever it is I would not recommend it.

Don’t come after 8pm because ,the food will not be fresh unless you ask. The manager plays Arab music on top of dinning room music, he roll his eyes if you ask for the food fresh , he say fresh good will be 45 mins and if you say OK he roll his eyes again and chuckle. The food is better from 12-5pm.

Popeyes is not what it used to be. Went though drive thru for a family dinner meal and the chicken was literally dry no flavor whatsoever! And expensive! Before for sides they would give you more sides, but they just give you one side, I literally payed almost 40$ dollars for nothing! These companies are getting worse with ripping off us consumers! Humans need to wake up and boycott all these frauds corps who don’t even offer real food!

Waited an hour for our food, the tenders were cold, the fries were cold and soggy, biscuits were cold, we were missing the Mac n cheese, and missing 2 pieces of chicken (only got 10 when we ordered 12). Very disappointing, tried to call multiple times to see if we could get a partial refund or something and no one answered.
