I ordered a frozen mango lemonade didn’t give me it frozen and said they don’t have frozen. shouldn’t be available to order it they don’t have it. my mac and cheese was gritty, my biscuit was dry. she gave me my drink after it overflowed and didn’t wipe it off and then was frustrated when i asked for a napkin. AND didn’t offer me sauces and or honey for my biscuit. It felt like i was an inconvenience to them.

When I went through, I wasn’t aware they were closing soon. My food was totally disgusting. I’ve never went there and had food so terribly. My biscuit was hard. I had to pick it from the top and couldn’t even eat all of it. My drink taste like seltzer water I had to pour it out my chicken iand my macaroni and cheese did not even taste good so I called and the person that I spoke with said she was the manager, and her name was Tanya or Toya and I explained to her how everything was And that the chicken tasted old and she told me if you want fresh chicken you have to ask for fresh chicken well who wants old chicken I’m quite sure she wouldn’t want old

Crazy how i went to get a ghost pepper chicken sandwich combo and decided, hey why not try their wings, to wait 10 minutes for said wings and them to not put my sandwich in the bag… and there was no one there to answer my call when i called… disappointing… none the less

Garbage! They messed up my order multiple times. I came for 2 large mashed potatoes and they didn’t give it to me. Gave me rice . Called and the lady was very rude very disrespectful and dismissive. Worst fast food! Need better employees .

Figured I would be considerate and go inside to pick up my order in this freezing weather so they didn’t have to open a window. I was seen by multiple people, ignored, I said “hello?” several times politely. Ignored. I let out a louder “yo” ignored. The person who finally came up to help me was extremely uncaring.

Service was ok. Sides and sandwiches were ok. The chicken, however, was dry and tough. Ordered online and went through the drive thru, since I only live about 10 minutes away, so the food was ready when I got there. The place was not busy at all, so we were definitely disappointed with the chicken. On a side note, the regular order of fries that came with the sandwiches looked like there were just tossed in a bag. Either super busy or just lazy.

This is an absolute rip-off. They are unethical and dishonest. I placed an order through Uber and within less than a minute I canceled it because I realized the address was wrong, and they still charged me $42. It’s a shame that their lack of honesty and integrity is damaging the reputation of the chicken that we all enjoy so much.

WORST!!! Watered down gravy and smallest portion of potatoes. Ordered a extra side of gravy and it came in a small container about 1.5 tablespoons! Come on! Online picture showed it coming in a small sides container. Chicken strips were so dry. All I can say is just stay away until they get there act together. Also drive up window worker was so unfriendly! I won’t be back
