When I used to come here a couple years ago. The food was never ready, I’ll place my order and they’ll have me pull up to wait 100 years for my food. Then stuff would be missing smh. But I’ve been to this location about 10 times in the last 8 months. I’ve had zero problems. The food is always ready, fresh, and delicious. I never have to wait, I love it!!! I hope it stays the same

The children is normally well done all the way through. Today unfortunately the (thigh) was not cooked enough there was blood showing near the bone. Yuck! This store normally food is cooked to perfection. I enjoy sharing with others how good the food is.

The food was overall pretty good. But I must say when I visited you guys today, that some people aren’t meant to be managers. I came in today witnessed to two girls working together with barely any help. The way that young man with the long-dreaded hair talk to them is ridiculous. The atmosphere in that work place was insane. I come to the this location a lot and I notice that it’s the same thing with him every time. That’s crazy and no one should be talked to that way in a work place. But besides that everything was fine.

When new owners took over, the service and the chicken improved! This evening, picked up chicken that is extremely salty and extra hot. No one answers the phone. Not good!! Perhaps I will get better service in person. They probably don’t think they need to communicate with the public as a professional business owner should in this neighborhood. A real shame!!!!!

Be very careful when buying chicken from this company I went there yesterday they gave me spoiled chicken by the time I got to work. I realize the chicken was black. They will not give you your money back. The chicken is bad and it sit out for a long time. also, the chicken had a very bad smell. I would never order chicken from this company again they don’t care what they give people. They just wanna make a sale.

Did Popeyes change the way it’s prepared? or is it an individual in the back doing his/her own thing?
It appears to be cooked first and then the dry rub sprinkled over it afterwards as you can see the dry rub in the to go tray like salt.
I was buying these almost daily and I’ve stopped… I’ll give you time from this post and try again in a week

Food is pretty good and the staff is very patient, communicative, and deals with rude customers well. Wayyy better than the one on Halsted. Probably one of my favorite spots to do Doordash with as well because of how fast the food comes out, so Im in and out. (Unlike the one on halsted )

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location. I’ve never had a bad experience with food. I waited in line about 45 minutes to get a rubbery crispy chicken sandwich that was not eatable. It was not fully cooked. Now, I’m here to return and get refunded. I guess this will be another 45 minute wait in line since their doors are locked and no one is answering the store phone or complaint/suggestion phone number (busy signal).
I wouldn’t advise this location until something changes.

Ordered for pickup on 8/27 around 11pm, I got to the drive thru pretty quickly so I had to wait, that’s expected. When I got my food I made sure to check to see if everything was there, sure enough, something was missing. I went inside to get my missing item, showed them the receipt and they gave me the item without fuss. Apologized and gave me a free dessert too! That’s pretty much rhetorical only good thing about the experience tonight as the side of gravy I ordered was very water, and the blackened chicken wrap barely had any blackened seasoning. The food was not up to par with I’m used to at this location. Whoever was on shift this night(not regular crew), I’m thankful for the free food, but you all need some more cooking training. I ate everything because I was hungry though, but I was very disappointed while doing so.
