Best Popeyes I’ve Ever Had!
Just left Kokomo location and WOW—what an incredible experience! This location absolutely nails Popeyes perfection.
The food was : • Chicken was crispy, juicy perfection—best I’ve had in years
• Biscuits were fluffy and buttery (that honey packet combo is unbeatable)
• Cajun fries were hot and perfectly seasoned
• Mashed Potatoes/Red Beans and rice was spot-on delicious

Came here and ordered a 5pc tender. They served me fried dog scraps. The chicken was hard as ever. Literally the chicken wasn’t fresh at all. The chicken was cooked hours maybe even days prior and they just throw it in some grease to make it hot and serve it to the guest. This is crazy. Don’t get me started on the pop rock a** popcorn shrimp. It was 80% batter and 20% shrimp. Close this place down man. 25 for this ????

I ordered a 3 piece meal with the side of macaroni but it was a wait on the macaroni for about 5 minutes, when I got home I was surprised with little to non Macaroni and it look like they was in there trying to scrape me up scrap’s. This Popeyes never have anything ready or nothing at all, the workers attitudes are horrible and it’s always a group meeting with at least 10 people do don’t work there on the side, either this location needs a investigation and new management or they need to just close the location and try again

I ordered through the app, I went to pick the food up they didn’t have any Mac and cheese, was told to cancel the order but couldn’t do it through the app. I asked to just substitute the5 Mac and cheese for another side. I waited for 45 mins to hrs for my food. When I got home that gave me 16 thighs, which was supposed to be a 4 legs, 4 thighs, 4 breast and 4 wings, the side were serve in Styrofoam cup which wasn’t equivalent to what I paid for. I had to get out the car to remind them I was waiting at the front door. Not to mention the side weren’t right.

Terrible service! The staff (Shyanee attended me) was rude and inattentive. The food was poorly cooked and I was given moldy biscuits. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closes. Not worth the price!
