In from out of town to help a friend. Online stated opened at 10:30am but nothing was ready. They said 15 minutes so we waited but food we wanted still not ready. We call others arriving after us to pick up the food and when they stopped after 11, there was still a 15 minute wait for the chicken sandwiches so they bought what was ready the chicken tenders. Looked like no one arrived before opening to start preparing and getting the food ready for a 10:30 am opening.

Take too long for bad customer service staff is rude and they don’t give you what you ask for. Just pass this place up if hungry it’s not worth it for the amount of money your going to spend. First thing i noticed upon entering was that NOBODY had on hair nets nor gloves. So dont be surprised if you got Brazilian weave or that black stallion in your 10 piece. The drive thru was moving faster then the inside line. Even for pick ups. The lobby had trash or supplies shoved in a corner on the floor. One employee s scratched her hair over a customer’s food, boxed it up and it went to the drive thru. Did i eat what i bought? No. Gave it to my neighborhood cats. I will never step in this locarion again. No need for a reply from a ” manager “. I SEEN enough.

I must admit this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. Even though me and my family and I were waiting in the drive-through for a little bit of time for our order to be completed, they checked up on us to first apologize for the wait and ask us if we wanted 2 complimentary apple pies for our inconvenience. The young man and lady were courteous and professional. Great job, guys! Please, whatever you are doing, keep doing it and teach it to the other location . I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the great work, guys. Sorry I didn’t catch the names of the employees, but they were on the evening shift.

The way the bag was packed the red beans fell in the cup with the coleslaw and on the top of the chicken box. They just threw the food in the bag. I know the weather is bad and they were trying to get out of there but you have to consider customer quality. They wouldn’t want to get home and see half the meal in the bag

Ordered two 2-pc combos…both with ‘white’ meat, and 2 sides. Got home and found a thigh & wing, in both orders. One order, only had 1 side. Too late, and too hungry, to bother with going all the way back to the restaurant…SMH….
