Food was good. Don’t get me wrong, I love me a good Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich with the blackened ranch, however, I had to call 911 for my elderly grandfather. He blew up the bathroom so bad that it made him pass out and fall over when he stood up. Probably not gonna have Popeyes again for a very long time. No joke.
This, by all means, is not Popeyes fault; just thought this was funny in hindsight.

Good food. Sides seem not really full the red beans and rice picture was before I ate any I just moved it over so you could see the bottom was right there. Took a really long time to place my order. I went inside. Not many people in there, there was only one in front of me… it was probably 15 minutes before I even placed my order. I probably spent half an hour getting fast food take out. I only went inside because the drive thru is awful here and there isn’t room for many cars. Food was good after everything. Strawberry biscuits were good. Prices definitely went up.

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. So excited their open late night. I’ve worked in restaurants myself and items and selections should always be ready. It’s changed overtime at this location. Also no one speaks English when ordering, which is okay. This establishment must have English speaking associates also.

Two words. Go In! Never get your food in drive thru here . I gave the person my coupon they didn’t apply it and charged me regular price. They gave me an extra meal except the food you could tell had been sitting the entire day. It was hard and cold. Never again. Next time I’m just going to get a refund.

I ordered boneless wings and mashed potatoes from the drive through. I was told the wings needed to be made fresh and it would take 8 minutes. I waited maybe 15 minutes and when I got home, only a couple minutes later, the wings were COLD! At least the potatoes were warm.

Unless you want to be sick throwing up continue to go here then!! Ordered chicken tenders meal in drive through and as you can see this is what happened… UNDERCOOKED chicken!!!! I went back after to tell the manager my fiancé got sick from this throwing up, check your fryer temperatures and timers no apologies was given no word coming from her mouth!!! And you’re called a MANAGER where is your professional attitude at!! Not sure how this disgusting place continues to be in business.

Last week my iPhone maps failed and rerouted me. I then saw him and pulled over in the Popeyes parking lot. I asked him to tell me his story and in return I paid him for his time. I asked him how much he made in one day. I heard his struggles and prayed for him. If you see him in Crest Hill, tell him hi from Angel. I pray for him every day.

Crazy experience!!! Ordered a 12 piece wing combo and a mac. The mac always good but the chicken was purple in the muddle. I ened up trying opening up different pieces to see if it was just only one piece but it was the whole thing. So i take it back ofc and ask for a new one because im not eating raw chicken. The lady instantly tell me shes only making me 6 wings and says she is not counting the ones I opened up literally they all have meat on them just opened up to see the bone. So I ask for a whole new order as i simply explain the whole order was raw. The manager continues to argue with me infront of customers. Eventually makes my meal and i leave now the picture you see is from my first bite if the second meal i was given atp im disgusted and just want my money back. So i go back again !! And ofc the lady just ignoring me. Funny thing is another customer walks in and trying to order and calls the manager out on how rude she always is any time she comes there. Ofc the manger continues to argue infornt of everyone making a scene. And this is the same time im being ignored to get my problem fixed when they created it. Eventually she gives me my money back and i go about my day but definitely my last time coming here
