Ariana was SUPERB! She was so patient and helpful and willing to learn something new. She never showed a sign of agitation, fear or helplessness. She got straight to business! I came in to purchase without my debit card and wanted to get the online deal and had to buy a gift card which wasn’t working she called her manager and patiently they fixed my issue! They guy wasn’t too helpful wasn’t knowledgeable about Popeyes even accepting gift cards he basically seemed lien he wished I would leave with my issue and didnt gmfathin how I can not have a card he seemed “over it”. All in all chicken was fresh restaurant clean and everyone was responsive and respectful I appreciate it. I sure was hungry for this CHICKEN LOL!

I always say, if I can give a bad review, I can give a good one. I was viewing the space at Palace Regency and stopped at this Popeyes for my mom. The customer service was great and the food was fresh. My mom enjoyed her food so much we ordered a 50 piece that following week for her 70th birthday party. Our order was completed on time and it was fresh. I may consider giving Popeyes a chance since there are still good locations. Kudos to the management. Both managers my mom spoke to were pleasant and listened.

I tried this location for the first time and instantly regret it. I ordered simple spicy a la carte chicken and what an experience. The chicken was very oily and dark. All the fried blood and batter not properly fried combined. Horrible. The service is great, but the food quality is definitely not it!

The chicken was greasy and appeared to have sat there for a while, the young lady at the drive through window was extremely apathetic despite my please, thank you and have a good evening she appeared to not want to be bothered. Considering that this is a fairly new establishment, I was truly surprised and disappointed with bath food and service. When looking to pick up a quick dinner for my family in the future I will remember my experience and pass this establishment up.

I’m a fried chicken kinda guy. Popeys makes a very tasty fried chicken. Always made fresh and made juicy. Each piece surrounded with crunchy, crispy exterior. As good as the chicken is, the rice and beans are what keeps me going there as opposed to any of Popeyes competitors. If you haven’t tried the rice and beans, you are missing out.

Food was hot, fresh, delicious, blah blah blah. I’m here to leave a 5 star review because I placed a mobile order 20 min before they closed tonight and while I’m in the drive thru, there’s a gentleman ahead of me, on foot, standing in line. He waves for me to go ahead of him, and I decline saying no no, it’s all good, you placed an order, there’s no need for me to cut the line. He says he didn’t place an order, he’s just hoping and praying they have some food they were gonna throw away, that they’ll gift him with. I was like, ok well, say less my guy! I got you on a meal! Guy is extremely thankful and when I get to the window, the guy handing me my meal politely waves my credit card away, saying I already paid through the mobile app. I agree with him but say, can I buy this gentleman behind me a meal? Drive thru employee pokes his head out, sees the guy, and says, ma’am I won’t take your money, but I’ll feed him! We’re closing soon and will likely throw this food away, I’ll make sure he’s taken care of. I insisted many times I’ll pay for the meal and the employee declined every single time. I thanked him and I just felt like it needed to be acknowledged.

This place has the worst manager (who worked 12/10/23 evening). I called to inform them I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich that was really small and should not even have been served. The manager made an excuse of how they are made small and for me not to be rude! How about you are out all day and are picking up dinner because you are starving to receive a fraction of a chicken breast! It’s annoying! The girl who took my order was pleasant. NEVER will I return!

Honestly this place is a waste of space.. they could of put something besides a Popeyes here. I ordered the two piece chicken the first time the chicken was raw!! They gave me an attitude while swapping it out come to find out my second set of chicken wasn’t fully cooked either!! I honestly thought it was just me who noticed it but a elderly woman complained about it and so did her husband. This is disgusting and unsanitary!! The place wasn’t even busy for them to serve undercooked chicken.. I ordered a Mac and cheese and it was more than obvious they made it in the morning and just let it sit there it was cold dry it was a joke i ended up throwing it out. I ordered a mash potatoes and i swear i thought it was play-doh. The biscuits were also undercooked and had no flavor at all it was so doughy i literally was able to mold it into a ball. Beware coming here you might get salmonella or something. I served 2 years in jail and i got better food than this nonsense and free ♂️

Ordered on line went to pick up gave them my name order not there yet.Had there boss look at my confirmation # and time pick I’m a little early 3 minutes. She said wait 5. ok cool 8 minutes or so after my pick up time I spoke to these young guys about my order had no idea (not there fault ) There boss left after our incounter earlier and thankfully one of the workers remembered they made my order and it was sitting the the whole time steaming.Thank you Popeyes for giving me steamed Hot chicken and cold sides.Just like every other customers that says I will never go back see you drop the ball this time next month.(Damn we love Popeyes)2 stars wr love Popeyes!!!!!

This is an absolute JOKE. I ordered a family meal and an extra large side. All the sides are half way full. The cole slaw is less then half full! I payed for large container and received a small portion. If this is how popeyes treats paying customers then I’m done eating there. Im also missing 2 pieces of my 12 piece that I paid for and im short 2 biscuits. I will never return and this will not be my only post. Absolutely terrible and just plain sad.
