I ordered online. I asked for chilled lemonade they didnt have that.I had fries which they said was burn so i had to get mashed potatoes. I asked for spicy tenders they only had mild. Then they didnt have the signature sauce either. The biscuits and tenders both was burnt taste like they been in shrimp grease. For me to spend 35 dollars i am not satisfied

Really disappointing experience at this Popeyes. The food was served cold, which completely ruined it — especially when you’re expecting fresh, hot fried chicken. On top of that, the service was poor and unprofessional, with staff seeming uninterested and inattentive.
The atmosphere didn’t help either. The dining area felt dingy and unclean, which made the whole visit even more unpleasant. Definitely not worth the time or money. Save your time and dine somewhere else.

The GM Dina is a horrible person she gives overseer vibes! She yells and has a nasty attitude at all her employees when I see they are clearly working as hard and as fast as they can.New management is needed for better service. She wouldn’t let me use the bathroom when I was there to spend over $100!!! Her nasty attitude spreads in the entire restaurant to the quality of the food … the performance of the employees and just the entire experience is ruined by Dina’s demeanor and energy. My food was cold and overly greasy. I will not be returning except to check on the welfare of those poor people who call her Boss….

Do not order from this Popeyes on Door Dash because they are very rude people. If you request hot sauce or honey to be placed in the bag chances are you won’t get it. But you will receive verbal abuse instead. Almost every door dash driver refused to pick up at this Location.

Great chicken server Oak Park.
I have not had Popeye’s chicken since I lived down south and have been wanting to try the chicken sandwich I hear so much about.
I was also pleasantly surprised to discover they had Ren beads and rice on the menu a southern staple.
The red beans and rice was just okay I got the spicy and it wasn’t really spicy at all. But it was still awesome to just be able to have red beans and rice.
The chicken sandwich did not disappoint. I have tried all the other big competitor ones in the chicken sandwich for that’s been going on the last year or so, Popeyes easily has the best in my opinion.

I keep waiting for this place to get closed. Cannot love that chicken if it is wrong or you wait until next Christmas to get your order. How long does it take to make some wings. Against my better judgment went here for some food. 45 minutes later got my food. Mind you it was an app order. Will enjoy the chicken I am not longer hungry for. Love that chicken!!!

I sat inside this restaurant 20 min for a two piece fries and red beans. The people who came in after me received their food before I did. I asked for a refund and the light skinned manager had the nerves to have an attitude I placed my order at 5:44 it is 6:10. The people in the drive thru and inside all received their food before me even the people who came in after me. Let me add they had chicken sitting under the food warmer. Fire that manager she doesn’t know how to delegate task
Update: there wasn’t just an issue with the wait time because they had chicken ready to be served. They continuously skipped over making and boxing two pieces of chicken. If you look at the camera I had on a blue uniform and black jacket. They didn’t have chicken tenders frozen 5pm on a Friday or spicy chicken which cause a 30 minute wait neither is something I ordered but hot fresh chicken wasn’t the reason I was waiting.

Ordered thru the drive thru and was told they didnt have spicy chicken. So i got the mild and just told them please add extra hot sauce. I arrive home and i didnt get ketchup for my fries or the hot sauce i lindly asked for.
