Went against my better judgement after reading the poor reviews. I figured it would be ok considering they’ve only been open for an hour ♀️ my chicken breast was ICE COLD!!! The young Indian kid dropped me change handed it back to me and said “you’re good” after I told him he dropped my change. What does that even mean. There was no napkins or utensils in the bag. Just Terrible

I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was awful. The piece of chicken was mostly breading. It was also very oily. Also no mayonnaise on the bun. Avoid. This is the worst chicken restaurant in the Elgin area.

Ordered online and when I picked up they gave me half my order I came back around and they took my bag and receipt back and proceeded to take an extra 10+ minutes to add my missing fries and 6 boneless wings so I went inside and waited for my food lady had not a care in the world. I usually go later in the day and never have problems but the earlier staff was not helpful at all.

Great experience. The manager was helping the front and took our order. He made sure everything was fresh! Very kind man. He made the experience even better! We live in the area so we know which location to go to when we want POPEYES!!

I ordered quite a bit of food for a family. They got the order correct and thankfully there were no cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I always forget to order the special sauces, I wish they would offer especially when I ordered the shrimp. Bummer!!!!
