Ordered her often lately the food quality has been taking a nose dive. I’ve had what seems to be old sandwiches from there, tough, dried out. But today I order regular spicy chicken and I’ll be surprised if the piece I ate doesn’t get me sick. The flavor was weird and very salty, I didn’t even return it, just tossed the whole box of chicken in the trash. I will never frequent this location ever again!

Update: Last 5 visits have been pleasant! They are nice and everything is good. Food is always delicious for sure! Always get the mardi gras sauce. It is the best.
Update- first bad experience here. They just threw the fries in the bag with my sandwich & the one girl had a bad attitude, then she just left the window. Someone else took care of me after, they were all confused.

But the drive through line is so long so many times. Not their fault obvi.
Anyways I love the blackened chicken and regular mild tenders.
Their mardi gras sauce is the best.

I copied this post from an other client and I feel the same, I watched an episode of the Bo’s something on TV and they said they were going to do something great for their stores, not with this store, I’m very disappointed!!! I normally don’t have any issues when I come here to get food, but today I got done with work and ordered a chicken sandwich, a dr pepper, and a large mac and cheese. The sandwich was great, but the Dr pepper and Mac and cheese tasted horribly like soap had to throw them

Terrible absolutely terrible customer service. 40minutes of wait time because they didn’t start the food? When the food was suppose to be ready for pickup at 7 I had to wait till 7:40 for them to finish it. Not only that non of them wear gloves. They touch the chicken fries etc all without gloves with their bare hands. I’m never ordering from here again and if you don’t want someone else’s bare hands on your food I recommend you do the same.

Do your self the favor and save your money and drive to a different Popeyes customer service is horrible the food is hit and miss sometimes you can tell that the sandwich is old also for 1 sauce of buffalo they wanted to charge you $1.75 for just 1 sauce even after I got a whole meal will never be coming to this Popeyes again it’s horrible.

AVOID this Popeyes! My “quarter pound” of shrimp is stuffed into a mashed potatoes container, definitely NOT ¼lb, I’ve never gotten such a tiny amount of shrimp from a Popeyes before! Fries are thrown into the bottom of a bag instead of in a container. And my coke with no ice has ice smh.

I was ask to wait 10 minutes for more chicken! 10 turned into 26 minutes. Not only that once I arrived home the fries were disgusting old burnt and just not edible, the Mac and cheese was mush just disgusting!!!! This Popeyes is not what it was a year ago. I will not be returning and definitely requesting a refund. A family meal that was $70 we didn’t even eat 10% of the food.

Ordered a small mash and a small fry at 1:58 got it at 2:00, received cold old fry just thrown in the bottom of the bag mash on top. Never been served like this before. I did not have time to go back It’s just 2 items, no line Popeyes do better.
