We asked for a 10-piece family meal. On the order screen it showed spicy chicken, so I told the cashier at the drive-thru that I did not want spicy. He said, “Don’t worry, I’ve changed it here so you won’t get spicy.”
Once we got home, all the pieces were spicy. I have never had a problem before at any other Popeyes store, but at this location it seems like they did not care. They knew the chicken was spicy, and they still gave it to us.
I am sure you can talk to whoever took my order — Order #63. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed and if we could receive a replacement or a refund.

Absolutely ridiculous policy on coupons. If you don’t immediately say the coupon code before you place your order, they will not honor the coupon. Even if you haven’t paid yet. There is no sign instructing the customer to present coupon code before ordering. Don’t place coupons in the Red Plum if you’re going to make using them such a hassle. There was really no reason why she couldn’t have started the order over since payment hadn’t been made yet, but she obviously wanted to be as rude as possible, really no other explanation. To top it off the sauces I ordered weren’t in the bag. Thanks Popeyes.

Terrible service and unsanitary. Cashier was awful. refused to make change for a $20. Tried to force me to buy 2 packs of sauce instead. Dropped tongs on floor then put them back up on warming table where food was. So gross. Threw food away once got home. Sent message to management later and received no reply, thanks guys for caring. Will NEVER EVER go back. Steer clear of this location unless you want to deal with rude impolite lazy workers and dirty conditions that will make you sick

I ordered in the restaurant and they forgot half my order. I didn’t notice until I got home and when I tried to call them they didn’t answer!!! When I was trying to check the bag the woman behind the counter gave me an attitude.
I called 4 times no answer then the guy calls me back and when I tell him I want a refund for the missing food because I’m not going to drive all the way back the guy hung up on me.

chicken sandwhich was good but fries were cold. The worker didn’t use her gloves and was rude while taking our order. I will not be eating there anymore due to the rude lady that took our order.

Ordered 2 chickens sandwiches in the drive thru. When I say excessive mayonnaise, I mean it. Both sides of the chicken was absolutely drenched in mayonnaise. Coming out the sides. Bun is soggy from all the mayo. Why!?! Why both sides!?! And why so much mayonnaise!
