Son just came home with chicken and other sides. I was biting into my chicken breast of white meat and the longest piece of hair was in it and I almost threw up. Called and asked for manager and the woman said yes I am. I told her and she said bring the food back but with an attitude sounding as if she did not want to have anything to do with returning. Heading there now with our hairy food.. never again from this store. Hairnets are supposed to be worn and they are not and you are not supposed to handle the register and then handle food immediately after without washing hands or gloves.. zoom in on the photo and see the hair.

Good location. Ordered a 12 piece family meal, half mild and half spicy with 2 large sides and 6 biscuits through their drive-thru. Service was ok. The food was ready after a short wait and was still hot when I got home after a 20-minute commute. Nice crispy skin and moist and steaming, perfectly cooked chicken. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the mashed potatoes were filled to the brim and very heavily saturated in gravy, which I have found certain locations do not do. The mac-n-cheese was rich and creamy, and the biscuits were warm and crumbly. My only gripes were that the spicy pieces were not the usual spiciness we’re accustomed to and so didn’t quite have the heat we’re typically used to tasting, and one of the pieces had a deep-fried feather still attached to it. But other than that, my experience turned out pretty good.

A nine piece chicken priced at $17 was promised fresh and when received, was refried, greasy and old. I was disgusted. Half the staff does not speak English, cannot communicate and one particular short stocky woman was rude. Will never order from there again. Save your money and time and go someplace else.

I have ordered from this location multiples times and they never cease to amaze me. I have never had a restaurant so consistent at just not putting food in the bag. Countless times have I gotten only biscuits or just fries with 0 chicken.

WARNING ⚠️ don’t come here . I was so excited to eat at this new location but after the cold chicken I received yesterday and the SMALL SMALL pieces of chicken I got like really. I took a PICTURE SO YOU CAN SEE THAT AN EGG IS BETTER THAN A DRUMSTICK . I usually go to the one on North Ave in Villa park they have big normal chicken pieces . THis place will not last long . IF YOU WANT TO GET BETTER chicken literally go across the street to the new Jollibee !
