Went to pick up my order , the drive thru employee literally shoved the bag thru my window. I order extra large sides. One was Mac and cheese . It came barely 3/4 full. I customized my family box for no wings and got hella wings !

I am so disappointed in the Popeyes in Zion. I ordered a 10 piece Family meal. Now how are 4 people suppose to share a less than half large mac n cheese (+.50 up charge) and a 2/3 large mashed potatoes. The chicken was ok, but not great! This is not the first time. I stopped going to Waukegan’s. This one will be next! Grade F!

Look if you’ve ever been to Popeye’s you know how good it is. That’s the reason why you going to Popeyes because you love Popeyes. This Popeyes is no different. The food is always fresh and everybody that ever took my order has always been pleasant.
I guess the only complaint I have is that the tables aren’t always very clean and the portion size of sides are so dang small. But I’m just going to presume that has to do with the county and the city and how much everything costs.
My husband and I do come here but once a month to get a family meal and we always have to order exercise. But the food is good it is fresh and the servers are pleasant

I recently visited the Zion location and order a large mac & cheese(6+ dollars for a large). My drive thru service was great, but the size of a large is ridiculous. The large is basically for one person. I had issue before with this location, but this time its overall popeyes as a company charging more for less

THE MANAGER KRISTEN IS COMPLETE HELL THEY MADE AN MISTAKE AND I WENT IN TO FIX IT, her and others never acknowledged me ! I had to ask for service more than once while texting on her phone she asked what. I told her my issue she refused to fix it ! Blamed another manager heather when I asked to speak with heather she said I’m store manager so. Just a complete waste.

I wanted 3 pieces of chicken small mashed potato and large Mac and cheese on the web sight it shows 3 pieces of chicken for $5.00 was told that they don’t offer that and processed to charge me $19.59 . The food was cold and the mac&cheese was a lump of cheese and only half full . I will probably never go to that Popeyes again. I will instead go to browns or kfc much better & lower price

I’ve picked up orders from here on Uber eats. Today I ordered for myself at 11:20am. I paid for two sides of fries, one with the meal and an additional side order, and received no French fries at all. Just two containers of potatoes. I also ordered hot honey lemon pepper sauce. Didn’t receive that either. It came in a massive bag, but the order was missing half the items I paid for. Just chicken potatoes and a drink. Using a big bag and forgetting half the order is criminal. And the worst part about is the quality control person did not read the order she or he taped onto the bag because they would have noticed it. Scam fast food restaurant just the like the other Popeyes and both of the Zion McDonalds restaurants.

The manager at this establishment in Zion Il was so rude! I went though drive thru waited 5 minutes with no service, another pulled up and was served, when they finally got to me I told her I had been waiting and they served someone else, she rudely said she just got to the register and don’t know nothing about that, I proceeded to order, she was rude the whole time, when I finished I drove up to window and asked if she can repeat, I ordered, she said she would not and slammed the window in my face, I then went inside to ask for manager, turns out she was the manager, I asked for her manager number she refused to give it to me and started typing in her phone I told her that her customer service was terrible and I would be reporting her and letting others know she told me so and to get out. Do not go to this establishment, all I did was asked for her to repeat my order back and she was so rude, I don’t want to even give 1 star because they don’t deserve it!
