Excellent customer service! Adi was super friendly and I appreciate her asking if we needed any sauces or utensils before we left because most restaurants forget about them. The lobby was very clean, our food came out quickly, and all modifications were correct. 10/10 experience 🙂

I ordered for pick up. I was excited to try their new wings I always see on commercials. I usually check my food before I leave, but I didn’t think I had to as I was the only car there. Boy was I wrong. I ordered ghost pepper wings which had no sauce, and the signature hot had barely any. Nothing like the ads! I was pretty disappointed. Otherwise the wings had a good crunch.

I ordered online directly to their website. the staff working in this hour have said that the store is close at 10PM. the store hours says 11PM and direct website -app takes money! we are not the only one who also ordered. they refused to give us our food as they said they are already close. IF THE BUSINESS HOURS ARE changed and CLOSED AT 10PM THEN FIRST thing A BUSINESS SHOULD DO IS UPDATE THEIR HOURS IN THEIR WEBSITE AND STOP TAKING MONEY online 30 minutes prior to closing! UNLESS THEY ARE JUST LAZY TO MAKE MORE FOOD, AS EVERYONE WANTS TO GO HOME! Now our money is taken and there is no food. the worse place ever! not only few months ago, but you also pay for mixed, and they give you all chicken breast! Go to another location. Misleading!

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with mashed potatoes, fries, & a large coke. The service at night sucks! The sandwich was lukewarm, fries were dry, and the guy who ran the drive thru brushed me off when I asked for a receipt. When I opened up the food, there were no napkins and no spoon to eat the mashed potatoes with.
I do not recommend going here at night. Stay away from this place!

Drive-thru worker at 753pm on monday December 8th was talking to a friend at the window while I was waiting for my food and could care less about me and was having a full conversation while petting a dog in the backseat. Did not wash her hands and I refuse to eat at this location again. She had a bad attitude in the past and doesnt care about her job or the customers. Enjoy eating chicken after she was basically playing with a dog in the backseat of a car. I used to like this location but it has gotten worse as time goes on. Lost a $10 order and any future purchase from me. Thanks for nothing.

Used some coupons that where sent in the mail for 2 original chicken sandwiches and sides the lady was very friendly and the sandwich was the most crispy thing ive eaten yet this year, only issue is your drive through window is build for trucks with lift kits lol not my camry that thing is almost as high as I am tall, amazing service thank you from me and my neighbor. Cannot re iterate this enough go here instead of McDonald’s its the same price but they actually use real ingredients not some half ass poison.

We dined in there tonight. Food was hot and fresh. Randy was awesome. I had a questionable piece of chicken and he just took it with no hesitation and replaced. Randy is very friendly.

Very impressed with the conscientiousness of staff. They double checked my order to make sure it was correct, and gave me a free apple pie for my trouble. I really appreciate the extra effort to make sure order is correct and concern for my satisfaction

They service is pretty good. However, the food is not. It is probably the worst Popeyes that I ever had. The first time I went I thought maybe it was just an off day, how could Popeyes be that bad. So, I went back a few weeks later and it was just as bad. I won’t stop going to Popeyes, but I won’t ever go to Popeyes in McHenry again

We ordered 2 regular Cajun French fries and the amount of fries they gave us was miniscule. Charges us for specifying what type of chicken we wanted for the 4 piece dinner. This was never a problem a few months ago, but now I won’t go back to this location.
