Ordered chicken tenders, had better elsewhere. Not fried enough, very light in color and not tasty. Raising Cane’s is so much better hands down. Some were in bits and pieces, small sizes, large sizes.

People is not friendly. They are working by obligation I guess, they don’t know how to treat a customer. They are closed before the time they show on sign. I got there 30 minutes before closing. Today it looked like they had a party with somewhere else food. They didn’t want to get me in or take an order, sign and lights were on. Never come back. Keep driving… This location has some of the rudest employees. If you want to feel the embarrassment of what the service industry has become, stop by. I’m specifically talking about the tall, hispanic, overweight man, wearing the red shirt at the drive-thru. He might even be one of the managers!! Extremely rude. Yelled through the speaker when I was trying to use an offer code because I told him after I ordered. Sorry buddy but the coupon does not come with step by step instructions. When I got to the window he did not say one word to me. No hello, no thank you, and no goodbye. I bit my tongue at telling him off because I had already dealt with enough degenerates for today. I am not surprised, just tired of this happening.

It took the fifth time for this location to mess up for me to finally leave a review. I hadn’t been to this location in over 6 months after many if not all of my previous orders being incorrect, but I figured I’d give this location another chance since there was a coupon in the app. I go to the drive-through, provide the coupon code, and place my order with the extremely unenthusiastic, borderline rude worker and get my food. Once I got home I realized half of my order was missing.

I am an elderly woman and these people have no clue how bad they embarrassed me. I was at the drive through when the worker rushed me so bad I had a panic attack. I could barely get any words out and when I mentioned my promotion code the worker yelled at me. I drove off with the order that I didn’t even want while crying. Terrible customer service.

My order(three chicken sandwiches) took more than an hour(I ordered through the app and it said my food would be ready at 9:15). I was instructed to wait in the parking lot for my food after I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:30(to give them extra time). Eventually, my food came out at 10:40 without any apology or explanation. I waited with about four other cars for a full hour. Horrible customer service.
