Ordered for carry out. Let’s start with I had to wait 25 mins even though I ordered ahead. Next I ordered a 9pc chicken. They gave me 8 chicken wings and 1 breast. That’s not even close to a 9 piece chicken. And 3 burnt inedible biscuits.trying to feed the family on a school night. I am to tired and stressed to go all the way back 30 mins round trip drive. Just annoying as heck.

i ordered food for takeout for our family dinner 16 peice mixed family meal mashed with gravy on the side. biscuits were perfect buttered perfectly! Olivia took my order she’s super sweet! Update: Music was so loud, lady couldn’t hear me place my order. I get the workers get bored, but they shouldn’t be blasting music so loud you can’t hear the customers talk.
Update: today I got a chicken sandwich. I’m not one to be picky about food, but the sandwich had probably 3x the amount of mayonnaise on it. I had to wipe it off and even then it still was atrociously to much. Was this a cruel joke they were playing on me? It’s fast food people, not that hard! Probably a total of 5 table spoons of mayonnaise on mine, not even joking! It was leaking out of the sides!
UPDATE: My macaroni has been served with a large clump of grease in it! It’s not cheese, it’s like the bottom of the pan burnt. It’s all oil! How do you serve that to a customer?

Ordered here for my kid and I on Thanksgiving since we couldn’t travel to family. Ordered plain chicken they gave us spicey so my kid couldn’t even have any of it. Ordered a large Mac and cheese that was wasn’t even filled halfway. They forgot our biscuits so paid 8 dollars for those for nothing. Frozen lemonade was regular lemonade. A meal supposed to feed 4-6 people and they gave us one single fork and one single napkin. Got a carmel cheesecake and was given something with strawberries instead not even sure what it was. This is a joke right? What a slap in the face popeyes. Do better. People are paying for this. Order was like 70 bucks and all of it was messed up.
Edit: spoke to one of the managers on duty and she was very understanding to the situation and offered to remake or refund.

The cashier when we were doordashing last night at 10:15pm Thursday the 6th she told us her manager was high he just took a gummy and wasn’t expecting to still be here. Clearly this cashier was extremely high too . Very odd thing to say to people she was nice but that night crew gets very high and then they take forever to grab the food.

The worst. Staff attitude when making simple requests like mayo and pickles on the side for the chicken sandwich are met with animosity. Popeyes as a franchise has absolutely lost all credibility from a customer service perspective. The body language from the order taker visible through the window when making a request for a modification told me all I needed to know. They did not deserve another chance to earn my business. EVER!

My boyfriend got there when they opened at 10 am to get a sandwich. Manager had an attitude. Went back at 11am. STILL refused service! He’s disabled & recovering from major surgery. He just wanted a sandwich so I could take my meds. We will never ever be back & already contacted the media & health department.

I tried to purchase a “surf and turf” deal yesterday and was told it was only available in March. It was Oct.1 and it was online as available. I could not purchase this item. I then asked to purchase the 3 piece deal for 5 dollars and was told it was only available online. I do not have a Popeyes account nor do I think after this ordeal that I could possibly want one. I left the store very disappointed and bought our dinner elsewhere. This is a lousy way of doing business.

What happened to this place or is it just this location? My chicken tenders were extremely dry and overcooked. The chicken sandwich was not even warm and not crispy at all. This is not the first time the food was just terrible but sadly I think it will be the last at this location.
