In person it’s okay foods pretty good service is not. If you are ordering from them don’t. They never add the sauce to your orders and almost always forget something or give you something different than what you ordered. I’ve got it delivered 4 times never once right. Foods good though just never what I ordered or without any sauce which is disappointing. Service in person and online or on the phone is tough even for fast food. 2 outa 5 just cuz the food is good.

Bit into a chicken strip in my wrap that had slimy cartilage and woody chicken texture. I gagged and almost threw up. It was really gross and upsetting. I also waited in line after I ordered a long time and I was the only one they were serving. There were several employees just standing around. I have no desire to ever return.

Food is generally good. I’ve had the popcorn shrimp a couple times now, last time it was a bit less spicy than this time but I still enjoyed it. Only problem I have found is I am always asked to pull aside to wait along with usually one or two other cars.

Ordered at 8:30 still waiting at 9:15 for a drive through order. 5-6 cars are in line behind us! All of them received their orders before we did! I know this because as we waited as one employee would come and ask us about our order! They make good chicken and I’ve ordered it from several different restaurants! I will not be back to this one! So unorganized and very frustrating!

Two stars only because it’s the closest popeyes to me, I would never go to this location again otherwise. Every time is a mess. The older gentleman taking orders took like 10 minutes to take orders for the two people ahead of me, didn’t hand out drink cups until asked, and after he got through our orders, began handling food without cleaning his hands (disgusting who knows when he did last). After I was handed my order and asked for my drink cup, I noticed the Freddy’s box I ordered (that was advertised literally everywhere as having a dessert) was missing the dessert. When I went back up and asked, I was told they don’t carry them anymore and he had given me a different meal. This was the first time I was hearing of it. Everyone seemed stressed, and it really wasn’t busy at all. Took over 30 minutes.

The worst service at the drive thru, we had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone talked to us, we placed our order and told there would be about a 3 minute delay, that delay turned into 20+ minutes. We had to pull to the side, when the order was brought out to us, I asked to confirm that was our order, the man said yes that is your order. Of course when we got home it was not our order. When I pulled away there were 5 additional cars pulled to the side. I won’t go back there again.

Listen Popeyes might be my favorite wing stop in the zoo. 6 pieces Crunchy deep fried crispy sauce infused (not covered iykyk) wings. Doesn’t matter what kind of sauce you get the chicken is amazingly cooked before and the sauce rested in after like how they do them back home :). I’ve had all the buffalo wings in the area and I can say without a doubt with the low price and filling chicken is say it’s second to 2019 old Chicago’s wings recipe. But first in the today rank. If you got $7 I advise the honey bbq. Your mouth will love every chew of it
