Ordered drive thru. Forgot an item. The “manager” said I promise I packed it myself and everything was in there. So basically said I’m lying over a fish sandwich that was 6 dollars. Then he said come back I’ll for you the item for free! Ummmm ok. Asked for the general manager to call me. Never got a call back. We all work hard for our money, it’s a treat to eat out now days. But now they expect me to drive all the way to get my free sandwich.

My partner & I decided to dine in at Popeyes for Christmas-Eve since no other place was open & we wanted something quick & yummy. Popeyes was just that! I sincerely don’t think I’ve had such good customer service for fast food in a long time. The lady warmly greeted us when we entered, and gave us a bright smile. I was worried coming in since I was sure they most likely didn’t want to be here with it being christmas eve & all, and might not give very good service. However I could tell all the workers seemed happy & were working hard behind her. After my partner & I ordered we were in the process of filling up our soda cup when our number was called. The food was ready before we could both sit down & get situated which was really nice! The food was hot, delicious, crispy, and seasoned well. After we were done & walking out, two other workers wished us a Merry Christmas with bright smiles. This experience definitely changed my thoughts on Popeyes and I appreciate all the great workers there! Thankyou for your great service & for the nice experience you guys gave us.

Ordered the family chicken tender meal combo.. WORTH EVERY CENT! the portions are big, the fries are amazing with a small kick, the rice is great! And don’t get me started on the Mash potatoes love the chicken as well! The workers were very nice! Not a long wait and it was fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Gave this place a second chance after a couple years. I had forgot just how bad this place truly is.
While the order placement was satisfactory the after ordering service was terrible. Two of us ordered two combo meals. It took forever to finally have our order number called as numerous other patrons who ordered after us received their orders before ours.
Our order was only partially filled with the excuse they were out of tenders and it would be about ten minutes.
Got the partial order to the table and the fries were cold!
My companion finished her meal and I still had not received my food.
When I got up to ask how much longer the tenders were going to be they had a tray full sitting out under lights.
They were the most godawful things I ever tried to put in my mouth. I managed to choke one down, and then threw the rest out. I wouldn’t have even given them to my dog.
Food prep behind the counters was extremely unorganized and slow. Right next door is a Sonic and an On The Border. I suggest patronizing either one of these before giving this poor joint any business. I know I will NEVER be back!!

Chicken is good food but pretty slow even when it’s slow ordering and if you get family size didn’t know it’s only three scoops of mac & cheese honestly didn’t even fill it even half way I would just get different sides then Mac & cheese. I’m a huge fan of Popeyes but the family bundle stuff has change a lot it seems like more maybe it’s the states i don’t know.

Absolutely fabulous, when I travel popeyes is always hit or miss but this one was awesome. I got two free buscuits with my points on the app and they gave me four!!! Chicken was great, although they gave me plain when I wanted spicy. But it was still delicious and super crispy. Some photos from other reviews were scaring me but I am so glad I stopped by.

Will never come back here again. This location serves different fried that are not the Popeye’s cajun fries. They are also making biscuits that are not made the Popeye’s way. The chicken tenders also taste less flavorful. Basically they are not following the Popeye’s menu. They are also out of Coke and Dr. Pepper. Absolutely ridiculous.

Really do not know about the food! We stood at the counter for 32 minutes and were never greeted. It seemed like know one knew what they were doing. The door dash people had to ask for there orders. We left after another 10 minutes of waiting.

Got the blackened chicken tenders, service was fast but was disappointed to see how small the servings were. I ordered 5 tenders and one was tiny, half the size of a pen, most of the others were not much bigger. Not worth it for $1.59 per tender.

Im really not used to Smiles, friendly attitudes, and food orders that are ready in under 5 minutes from a Popeye’s. I an from Florida, everybody is rude there and the food always takes 20+ minutes, even for 3 tenders. This is by far, the best Popeyes I have ever been to. They get the orders out fast, the chicken is actually chicken and not just breading, and the workers are very nice and smiling. Its not like any other location ive been to. Id give more stars if I could!
