genuinely what is this. this looks parasitic, tasted that way too. could not stomach anything else after the first. i think they straight up served me bloatfly meat. hours later, my appetite is utterly diminished at the thought. i feel sick thinking about it. we need a canes.

First off, prepare for the flies. I get it , food and cleanliness is a hard combo to master, but there was literally 10 customers standing up at the front angry because of their 30-1hr plus wait times, they never greeted me and I had to speak up after 20+ minutes waiting for my order, I was told we’re waiting on 2 chicken dippers, I been here since 7:12 it’s 7:52, also NO MANAGER stepped up to the crowd of angry customers, they hid away on their headset and acted busy when the drive through was dead. I will be going to twitter and corporate about this.

Went thru the drive up and ordered fried pickles and 8 ckn tenders for a bill of almost $28. Only one ckn tender had enough meat for two bites. The rest were mostly fried batter. Very disappointing! Especially when other items on the menu with more meat, sides were less expensive. Probably won’t be back.

Came through and order a boneless wing combo meal, Garlic parmesean. I get the wings and theres no flavor. Just nuggets. Regular fry was half full and cold. Paid $17 for this meal that I waited nearly 15 minutes in drive through for. Huge dissapointment and waste of money. Wing stop is cheaper than this…

Worst experience ever! Literally took 45 min to get my app order of 3 chicken strips and small red beans and rice. The drive through took over 5 minutes before acknowledging me and when I said hello, they actually yelled at me. I told them I ordered in advance in the app and they said they needed more time! They asked me to pull around and they would bring it out. I waited 10 min in my car and nothing. So I went in and asked and the person snapped at me and said “well we are busy!” So I waited inside another 15 min. But the time I finally got it, my food was freezing cold, they didn’t give me silverware and forgot my sauce. I would also like to mention that while this all happened, there was one car ahead of me in the drive thru and only one person eating inside! I called to talk to the general manager and he said oh well and hung up on me. Wow… Just wow.

If I could put a negative number I would. My husband and I went to eat here today for lunch, we dined in. We sat in a booth by the north widows so as far away from the front counter as you can get. Our entire lunch we listened to an older guy in the back yelling and cussing at the staff. Of course this caused some of the staff to yell and cuss back at him. You could tell how uncomfortable this made some of the other staff. At one point someone working the front counter asked about putting some chicken down. Another guy in the back came and started yelling at her and talked down to her like she was incapable of doing her job. This hostile work environment is unacceptable, not only for the employees but also for the customers that come in to eat(at one point a dad came in with his 3 young kids and had to ask them to stop cussing). I don’t know who the manager was out of this group, if it was the older guy with grey hair and beard or someone else but they need to be educated on how to run a crew of employees. How about you go help the guy in the back who was working back there by himself if he wasn’t getting things done fast enough instead of berate him in front of everyone. I honestly can’t believe the guy getting yelled at didn’t walk out. Do better, nobody has a right to talk to someone the way a couple of these guys were talking to staff, I don’t care what position you hold.

Really great food, better than my first experience with Popeyes in Des Moines my favorite to eat was mash potatoes with Cajun gravy. Wish it wasn’t sooo pricey but nothing we can do unless the US realizes we have an issue. I did see some dirty tables so definitely clean more out there.

my mom and brother and i wanted to try popeyes today, it would be my first time. we did a pick up mobile order and showed up in the drive thru, and they explained that they hadn’t started it, and that it was super busy so they had us wait outside the front doors. i felt bad for them being so swamped. we waited for 40 minutes outside. my brother finally walked in and the order was just sitting on the counter. the cashier admitted they forgot about us. on top of that, we only received three sandwiches when we had ordered four. it’s safe to say that although i understand the stress of being so busy (i’ve worked in customer service for 6 years total), admitting they forgot about us and messing up the order after a whole 40 minutes was just wild. i wouldn’t go to this location if i were you ‍♀️
