Went through the drive through. Guy on the speaker yelled “what do you want” after we had just pulled up. Didn’t get honey mustard with the order and their dining isn’t open to avoid massive drive through line for sauce. Been here before and it was great service. Not sure who was there today but they sure weren’t someone who should work customer service.

I come here frequently for my son. He likes their spicy chicken sandwiches. Last night, they forgot the mashed potatoes and switched lemonade for Sprite. I was charged $4.99 for the large lemonade that was rang up as a small and got a small Sprite. Might call today to inquire about the increased price for one drink and may be able to update comments with the result. I really miss their M, W, F $5.99 2-piece dinner special that included a side, a biscuit, and a small drink. The same order is now always $8.99. I also really miss their blueberry pie. With the loss of the $5.99 special and my favorite dessert, along with the recent glitches, I feel a four-star rating is a fair assessment of Popeye’s at this time. Also, their dining room is STILL completely closed for all hours as of April 12, 2023! I do love their biscuits and try to remember to ask for honey and two butters for each one. My daughter and I always eat our biscuit first, whereas my son goes right to the chicken.

Not sure of why the lobby was closed and a lock on the door. ” Drive thru only” first time there. My uncle was visiting and wanted some popeye’s we don’t have one in St.micheal this was the closest location. The personal was nice the building look very unkempt and run down.

I placed an order through uber eats and I received a completely different order! My receipt was correct but food incorrect. I had ordered chicken tenders and got chicken nuggets and for sides I got bean and rice instead of fries. I’m so disappointed and tried calling the restaurant but no response. I would never recommend this place . This is real bad service
