We ordered takeout on the app for the 1st time. We ordered 2 family meals, 1 with chicken tenders and one with spicy fried chicken. The food that we received was good, however neither order was correct. Before I drove off, I noticed they didn’t include the mac & cheese, so they grabbed one for me. After I got home, we noticed that the fried chicken was not what we ordered. We had made a selection of which pieces we wanted and instead they gave us the default mix. Which is upsetting since we paid extra for extra breasts that we didn’t receive.

Came in to get the ghost pepper wings today. I asked if I could get the ghost powder on the side so I could flavour them myself. The girl called back to the manager and the manager refused to put it on the side. Yet they sprinkle it on top of it. I don’t know what the issue would’ve been to let me put the amount that I wanted on the wings. Then I got the beans. The beans were so runny and there was literally no beans in it. Rice and sauce that’s it. And that was very very lukewarm closer to cold than warm. The chicken wings were good, but the customer service was absolutely bad. The manager needs to learn how to make the customers happy. It would’ve taken one little attempt to just put that ghost powder on the side. I feel like it was a complete waste of money. And I will never return because of the customer service and the rude Manager not being helpful at all.

Really do prefer this over KFC! The thinner breading leads to a much more crispy and flavorful skin. Breading needs to compliment, not overwhelm the chicken and the Cajun seasoning is perfect. Hate eating a fried chicken that’s all breading! Better sides too. Staff is always fast and friendly. Very clean restaurant. Chicken sandwich is about the best we’ve EVER had! Very large, juicy, spicy, and crispy chicken breast. Like that the pickles are on the bottom so they don’t slide around when you bite. Speaks for itself and not complicated with other overwhelming flavors. Seasoned fries are a nice touch. Pretty much the same with the new Cajun Flounder Sandwich. Very crisp with extremely moist fish. Would definitely order either again! Did try the Ghost Pepper Wings and they definitely do have some nice heat!!

Service was slow, BUT the cashier was apologetic, and assured me the wait was ti get the freshest chicken.
I will not lie, the chicken was fresh. I could tell they just pulled it out.
But, it very much lacked flavor. Very bland. It was nice and crunchy, but very bland. I haven’t been to Popeyes for a long time, but I was rather disappointed.

The short old woman was VERY VERY rude! I was there to pickup an order while it was supposed to be ready at the time they stated, but it was not, so after waiting long time I asked her to see how much longer I need to wait, but she got angry and yelled at me like fighting instead of apologizing for keeping me waiting. I left there immediately and reported them to my company, and they were charged for the order!!!!I

The woman in the drive thru tonight was very rude! While I was ordering she literally said, “oh my God” because I said I had a coupon. She had no quality customer service and made me feel like I was being scolded for ordering food, like what!? Places like Chick-Fil-A are number one for a reason and it’s because they actually know how to treat their customers. Please work on the way you allow your staff to talk to people, it’s the right thing to do.

I have had other Popeyes and loved it. I feel this location is just mismanaged. They close at 11pm the night we went. Got there just after 10. Lights on menu were off. Gentleman at the window spoke fluent spanish, not so fluent English. Told me to just pull up to the window and he would tell me what was on the menu lol. Proceed. And after kind of making out the menu we ordered and half the food we ordered was cold and the other half didn’t show up in the bag.

Maybe I should have tried the spicy chicken, or they need a spicy/ normal combined option. I thought it was bland (which most have to be to appease the most people). So not for me, but not horrible ♀️ Stood at the counter for awhile before someone decided to come over as well, but I won’t judge that on the 1 time I visited.
