This was my first my first time trying Popeyes with my Dad. We ended up going through the drive through, and ordered the spicy 12 piece combo with Cajun fries, and red beans and rice. We brought our food home. The chicken smelled so amazing! Trying the food was an incredible experience, as the chicken was crispy, crunchy, and juicy The fries were delectable and seasoned to perfection, but could be more crispy. The biscuits were moist and delicious, as were the red beans and rice! The food was so amazing that I forgot to take a picture! An amazing experience, will definitely be coming back!

I placed an online order and received a notification that my food was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the drive-thru and gave my name, they questioned whether I was at the correct location. After confirming I was, they told me my order was not actually ready and that I would need to wait about 9 minutes if I wanted everything I ordered. They offered to substitute regular for spicy since spicy was available, and because I didn’t want to wait, I agreed.
When I got home, I discovered that several chicken pieces were missing, and multiple items had been substituted without my consent. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of accuracy and communication.

Lobby clean, decorated for Christmas. Food was fast and fresh. Ordering through glass and a small speaker wasn’t my favorite. Charge for any more than one dipping sauce (one dollar per), the bathrooms were locked and the soda machine was turned off. At least the food was good i guess

The worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced from any Popeyes I’ve been to. The lady, taking my order was rude and barely even opened the drive-through window to talk. She didn’t wanna hear anything. I asked her for condiments and she said we don’t have them and shut the window really quick. She handed me my things and I said it is my condiments in here and she said everything’s in there so I went to check nothing was in there so I drove around through the drive-through again (I would of went inside but the dining area was closed) and She said that they were all out of condiments.. and also, my order was all messed up didn’t get the right meals. It’s really too bad that their Customer Service is that bad. I drove an hour and a half. I definitely will not be going back to this location ever!

I was told that the 3 for 5 tenders you can’t do the blackened chicken. Not only have a done this at other locations but I’ve done it at this location. On top of that it even shows it right in the app that you can. I didn’t want to argue in the moment so I just accepted the extra charge. I guess if business is down why not just scam customers out of their money. I will no longer be visiting this location if I want Popeyes. Probably just going to to go to KFC from now on.

I have been here all but 3 times or so. The chicken was great the first two times. Service was fine and chicken was fine first couple times. Today I ordered the red beans and rice along with a chicken wrap. The red beans and rice were great. The chicken wrap was disgusting. it wasn’t even cooked. It tasted like old refrigerator and was a gross uncooked pale color. It’s like it was hardly fried. It was surprisingly disgusting. Pretty sure that’s not supposed to be like that. I had to spit out my bite and I threw it away. It was so grossly undercooked or something severely wrong with it.

I wanted to go out and dine at the place, but for some reason only the drive-in was working. So I had the ghost pepper wings and they were flavorful, spicy enough to those who enjoy heat, but not too hot. The mashed potatoe and gravy was not that yummy for me. The biscuit, although was small the buttery flavor was amazing!! Also, the strawberry biscuit was really good.
Overall… it was good, but not great.
