First time at Popeyes and was pretty excited. And then pretty disappointed. It was the blandest chicken I’ve ever had in my entire life. Louisiana chicken? I was expecting bold flavors but nope. The plus side is the skin was crisp and meat juicy. Just NO flavor. I hope this was just an off day or maybe an off location. Will try a different branch next time.

Don’t bother ordering here unless you don’t care what you get. Out of all the times I’ve ordered, only once was it right. The other times they’re either suddenly out of stock or they give you the wrong thing. I finally reached out on the last order and couldn’t get past the AI support which promised I could get the sandwich I ordered with 750 points and that was the other option that could be provided, so I accepted. Later found out that the only sandwich I could get with the points was the basic chicken sandwich that was given to me in error and not the more expensive option that I’d ordered. I reached out to get assistance and was told because I accepted the lie that the AI gave me that nothing else would be done and my feedback would be sent to the store. Ive never heard from the store so clearly they dont care that their team is constantly not filling orders properly. Unless this is resolved appropriately I will never visit this location again or recommend it. There’s plenty of other chicken places in Eagan that do a better job.
EDIT: Got this reply from the “owner” and clearly they are not understanding unless this is made correct, there WILL NOT be another chance given. Ive given many chances before and this was the final straw and it’s still clear, nothing is going to be done.

I actually liked their chicken sandwich. I would definite go here for a chicken sandwich over Chick-fil-A. However, DO NOT get the Mac & Cheese. It is not worth the up charge. It reminds me of bad catering Mac & Cheese. Do try their strawberry biscuits and cinnamon apple pie.

I drive a dump truck and ordered through the app to pick up. When I got there at 5pm the lobby was closed and the lady told me I had to go through the drive thru. If I hadn’t already ordered I would have gone somewhere else.
The dump truck won’t fit so I had to stand outside in January and freezing rain and to order and walk through the driver thru to pick up my food.
Once I got my food the fries tasted like they got heated in a microwave and there were no pickles or sauce on my chicken sandwich. Terrible experience all around.

Worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I would give negative stars if possible. Very unprofessional staff (manager). The young lady at the window was pleasant but the manager was doing something suspicious to my food and I refused to eat it. They were taking a long time and laughing about the food after the manager gave me a very bad attitude because he could barely understand English.

The chicken was crunchy and delicious. The ghost pepper chicken was very hot – it was rated a 4 out of 5 on the restaurant hotness scale. When Popeyes say, “Hot” they mean, “Hot”!
The service was friendly and efficient.
The restaurant was refreshingly highly clean!

We ordered two three piece meals both orders were all thighs.
I placed my order via the mobile app.
I get to the window, the lady tells me because I ordered all thighs I will have to wait 20 minutes! Yep, that’s what you need to do if you want all thighs.
I was on the phone with my husband and asked what he wanted me to do, he said go to KFC! I tell the lady I Want to cancel my order, she said she can’t do that I have to go to the app. She was extremely rude as well.
Then she tells me the chicken will be ready in two minutes and asked for me to pull forward. I said wait, you just told me its going to take 20 minutes! You’ve been sitting here for a while. I said no its been less than five minutes! Well I reluctantly pulled forward and a few minutes later my food came out.
This was a terrible experience. The food was so bland, it had no flavor and the employee was just awful.
Don’t waste your time, go across to the Colonel Sanders they’ll treat you better!

Ordered a 2 piece white the wing was so ugly and black I can’t believe that a worker had the audacity to sale that piece of chicken. Popeyes quality of food has really gone down. The mangers of these restaurants don’t care about their job which makes the quality garbage.
