Earlier I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches from this place and a few other things. The sandwich I had earlier was really really spicy more than usual. I thought it was because I hadn’t had Popeyes in a while. I just had the other sandwich, same thing I had to grab milk. I couldn’t even finish the sandwich. Turns out why I couldn’t was because they did hot sauce and not spicy mayo. This ruined Popeyes for me. When I tried to call the restaurant nobody would pick up. Before calling I doubt checked to see if they were open they were. I’ll try again in a few.

I first had Popeyes in St Louis MO and fell in love. When I moved to the cities this was the first Popeyes location I went to. The food here is fresher and the service is faster! Went there for dinner. Got a combo surf and turf combo. Food was okay. It was a little cold. Fries were a little old that could have been better. I think maybe they might have just gave me something that was sitting up there for a while but it’s kind of why I don’t frequent fast food restaurants anymore. Extremely unprofessional. Placed an online order that included fries with white chicken. Get to the window and was to they don’t have any fries, only red bean & ride or mash potatoes. Then also proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have any white meat. Asked for a refund as I do not like dark meat but I was told to go online and she proceeded to close the window in my face a tells me to leave. Refused to offer any solutions to resolve the issue. Her attitude from the first interaction was already standoff ish. Also have video of the interactions.
My mother placed an online order for fries and she was informed she couldn’t get a refund either.
We’re currently waiting for the cops as this situation did escalate.

I went here twice in the last month, first time I asked for a box combo with 2 thigh and 2 drums. The lady didn’t understand me and gave me attitude while taking my order. I assumed she was probably tired and it was late so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Got my food and went home to see that it was a regular box combo and not 2 thighs and 2 drums. I came here again tonight and experienced the same thing. Rude lady taking order and got a regular box combo instead of 2 thighs and 2 drums when I insisted and explained I wanted to replace my breast and wings with an extra thigh and drum. I’m convinced they just hire anyone, especially those who don’t understand English. I get that it may not be their language but giving me attitude and being snappy about not understanding English is crazy. Will never come back here again until they have some proper training. I get your job sucks but there’s no need to be rude to your customers for it.

I would give zero stars if I could. Last week when I went there I got sprayed by their soda machine because they didn’t put the nozzles back in the machine correctly. Today I ordered ahead for pick up. When I got there all the doors were locked. There where 2 customers inside eating but for some reason they had the doors locked and were only serving through the drive thru. I was on break and didn’t have time to wait in the drive thru so I tried to call to see if they would bring it out. The number just rang back as busy. This place is crazy and ruined my lunch today. After all their bs I didn’t have time to do anything else and just missed eating.

Doors locked after opening (10am) every day. My lunch starts at 10am get there about 10:05. Doors are always locked till at least 15 min date opening. I just stopped going. Between that and the mobile app always being down for this store, I can spend my money elsewhere. I used to work fast food, general rule was to open on time, that included making sure the doors were unlocked…

COLD, RAW BACON!!! Super Rude Service!!!
The first two employees were kind and friendly, however when my daughter and I discovered that the bacon was completely raw and even cold. I went in to request a new sandwich with cooked bacon. The manager told me that is how they serve their bacon. Straight up, that is the standard at that store. I requested a new sandwich without bacon that was safe to eat. No can do. He assured me that Popeye’s has insurance to cover when we get sick and have to go to the hospital. They wouldn’t remake the sandwiches. No apology, just an argumentative attitude which was so uncalled for and frustrating. GROSS experience all around. So disappointing!!!
