The staff was very friendly and addressed my concerns on allergies of onion and garlic which I was able to actually eat there!! I got the plain two-piece white meat chicken meal and it was delicious!! I did the mashed potatoes with no gravy as my side and a beverage I will definitely be back!! Thank you for the team for your help and understanding!! The 2nd party with me got the three strip chicken meal with Bold BBQ sauce with the mac and cheese with the beverage and a biscuit used the honey on it They loved it as well!

First time ever going to a Popeyes! Thurs night at 9:30 the young man that totally took care of us did an amazing job. He waited on us and cooked it and checked us out. He was a shear delight to work with. We honestly think it was the best chicken we have ever eaten in our life. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend recommend!!

So no one got back to me even though on here they said they would. Customer service emails are blocked cause they keep telling me the manager will reach out guess what they dont. Cambridge is a crap.. Great business module
Do Not eat here they say they will help you they dont still no one has solved this issue.
I have been in contact with your company through email. No one has helped what so ever. Just repeat that the manager will reach out. They have not. Horrible management

Since it been so long I dont have receipt number.
$20.36 POPEYES 14788 CAMBRIDGE MN withdrawal posted to checking on Sep 17 2025 (from my bank) this was the second order I had to make in store to get the right sides. Spent over $70.00 with the first order.
It was on the 16th at 830 to 9 pm that the second purchase was made in store.
I have a long email thread with customer service. They just keep repeating thay the manager will reach out. No he wont he is rude.

Was told that I would get a response from someone higher up in 5 days it’s been 11 days. I guess trying them again was a huge mistake. I see they respond to only a few reviews and not all.
Update Dont waste your money here if there is a mistake that’s on you. They are not helpful with correcting the mistake. If you want to waste money this is your place. The mac and cheese was brown and hard. The chicken was wrong wanted spicy it was plain no flavor. Contact customer service they are no help either. Want some good chicken go to Jimmys pizza and Pizza Ranch.
Food was 20 to 25 minutes after the due time. App some how change my sides to all fries. And they charged me $3.99 for this cup of gravy.

Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, in Cambridge, Minnesota, is EXCELLENT! I’ve eaten there three times, and every time, the food has been amazing. I’ve had the chicken tenders, wings (the barbecue sauce is really good), the chicken sandwich, cajun fries (great spices) and their mac & cheese.
I am surprised that there are not more people eating there. The value for what you get is really good, and they even offer meal bundles for families.
My only reason for taking one star from “Atmosphere” is the eating area was chilly this evening, but we spoke with the manager and he said he would address that. Otherwise, the eating area and bathrooms were very clean.
Cambridge friends: try them out, and I think you’ll really like their food.

I used to really like Popeyes, but this location didn’t live up to my past experiences. The chicken still has flavor, but it felt inconsistent and not as fresh as I remember from other locations. The sides were fine, and service was okay, but overall it just didn’t hit like it used to. I’ll probably still stop by if I’m in the area, but it’s not what I expected based on previous visits elsewhere.

Took a long time to get order. Food was good but kept stopping saying there is a wait on this or there is a wait on that. Seen multiple cars pull up through drive thru and get there orders. I herd the guy tell him to open the other bag and take the biscuits out of it. This is what the last thing I was waiting for. Ended up waiting over 15 minutes for the order. My daughter was not able to sit and have her lunch from work with me over this. She said they waited 2 yrs for them to open up. And I guess it’s like this normally. Glad there isn’t one by me for sure.

Ordered the 6pc tenders meal with two sides and a lemonade. It’s definitely not a standard lemonade which is great. All the items were hot and fresh. The chicken has good flavour and a nice light flaky batter. The Mac and cheese was pretty standard, not bad at all but didn’t stand out. The Cajun gravy with the potatoes is awesome. And of course you cannot go wrong with the blackened ranch.

I was looking forward to having Popeye’s after not having it for years. Terrible experience. I asked for spicy chicken, and I was told they didn’t have it. I asked for a leg and a thigh and received a breast and a wing. Mac and cheese (which I paid extra for) was just mush. I turned around after driving a mile away to go back for what I asked for. They replaced the chicken with the pieces I asked for (still not spicy) and swapped fries for the mush. They would not provide a refund for the Mac anc cheese or any other compensation. The biscuit was hard like a hockey puck. The chicken was just ok. I do not plan to go back which is a bummer. I used to love Popeye’s.

Counter server was great. Very clean dining area. Food, however, was not good. Chicken sandwich was warm at best, not much for flavor and dry. Cajun fries were cold. Coleslaw was okay. Service and cleanliness saved this from getting a 1 star. From this experience I would have a hard time recommending to anyone.
