I love the taste of Popeyes’ chicken and was looking forward to having lunch. We ordered the 12 piece option so that we would have enough chicken to take home. First of all, they DON’T have plates, not did we get any paper trays to eat the potatoes and rice and beans on. We had to dig in and eat from the big container. Secondly, we had to ask for honey packets for the biscuits; none at the condiment counter. Lastly, no wet-wipes! When we asked about them, I was told to wash my hands in the bathroom. I realize most customers order to go items, but some accomodation should be make for those of us who want to eat the the DINING room, you know where the tables and chairs are. Or else why do they have a dining room?!

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This is by far the worst Popeyes I have EVER been to! Service was laughably slow, my order was incorrect, not to mention I had to repeat myself countless times in the drive thru, I did not receive my side sauces, nevertheless, without my order being wrong, the chicken is raw! This puts the Popeyes brand to shame! I just wanted some good chicken tenders, which Popeyes previously has upheld a great reputation of, but now, as a long time customer, I will never trust the brand again, and will start telling others to avoid Popeyes like the plague.

Very rude customer service! I order 2 family meals more than $100.00 dollars in food they asked me to wait in the #1 spot, they will be bringing me my food , that it will take 15 minutes, 30 minutes when by and no food at all, I went to the window and requested my order. They told me somebody pick up the order. They never brought me anything so I asked them to give me my food or my money back. They offer me to give me one of the meals the way I requested and the other one with whatever chicken they have, so I said I want order the way I said otherwise if they can’t not fulfill the order I want it my money back and there was no apology whatsoever, they close the window very aggressively and instead of returning my money they just reprinted the receipt. Now I have to waist more time with this people. Don’t waist your time if you want Popeyes go to the west side of Green Bay.

Just wanted to say that this Popeyes is run really well. Very quick and organized, always accommodates my requests for specific pieces of chicken, employees are friendly. Only negatives are that the mashed potatoes have been weird and gritty lately, like they’re not properly mixed or mashed or something. Otherwise, highly recommend this location.

Look at your order before you start eating it because they clearly don’t inspect your food before sending it out! My wife ordered a Blackened chicken sandwich and a portion of the chicken was RAW. The manager Carlos apologized you could tell he understood the severity of this error. It gave us very little comfort given that my wife was a couple of bites in before she identified that the texture of the chicken didn’t feel right. Clearly better training, verification of training and validation of their equipment needs to be done. This location is within minutes of my home but between this and other minor issues I’ve experienced this year the negative trend is very clear and I would rather drive 20 minutes to the next closest location than go back to this location.

I like the boneless wings, they have a good sauce, they put a lot on me and I liked the idea since I love spicy food, the atmosphere is very good, it is a new place, what can I say, the wings are not far behind, they are crispy and very good, I hope they continue to stay that way, excellent service.
Now to something I would like to share, if you go at times when everyone is hungry they may not give you the right order, if you order home through an app they make mistakes and never give the orders right, the place is clean but if you go on weekends the situation can change, the chicken comes raw when there is no one taking care of the workers, I understand that many times it is difficult to work in a fast food place, but I regret to say that it is a job where you commit to giving the best of yourself, for the clients, the kindness of both parties can be the difference.

Ordered 2 of the 1/4 Combo Jumbo shrimp with 2 piece Tenders and a 3 Piece Meal all came to $30 some dollars … what we got was Not our order so we went back and confronted the employee who took our order and he was arguing with us telling us we didn’t order this and he put everything in the bag. Which we were also missing side items! He made us REPAY for what we ORIGINALLY asked for! He Told His Customers That We Were WRONG….Look at the photos and see how LITTLE the meal were and how outrageously expensive it was … We could’ve got Way more food and for a better price Elsewhere… Super Disappointing Popeyes Never Returning here again!

Biscuit was delicious, mashed potatoes were good, fries were cold and tasted freeze burnt, the chicken straight up tasted like Sanimax smog. I will never order from here again. I seriously doubt this place ever changes their fryer oil.

Ordered thru Uber eats and was nervous after seeing reviews. But they did me right!! My delivery driver had another stop to make but everything was still hot when he got to me. The chicken tenders were lukewarm but I popped them in the air fryer for a bit. I even got honey for my biscuit!! The last few times I ate from Popeyes down in Texas, they were always out of honey, so I stopped going. I even got the 3 sauces for my tenders!! All is right in my little world. Thanks y’all! #chubbytruckerapproved
