Popeyes makes great chicken for a great price. Space inside is a little less than ideally clean… Not sloppy, but a little sticky on the floor. Service was fine although not fast.

Update Feb 1/24: Still the best chicken ever, including the spicy chicken which is just the right amount of spicy and a great crispy batter (see video). I do find the sides a bit lacking, over priced, and small, often not even filled up (see picture of coleslaw). Best to use the app to get an offer that includes the sides. At almost $4 each with tax, not worth getting as a la carte items.

Includes 14 chicken tenders (mild or spicy), 2 large sides, 5 dipping sauces. We had cajun fries and mashed potatoes with gravy as our two sides. Yummy!

The employees were all super nice, tables and seats are clean and comfortable. Our food was nice and hot and had exquisite quality and fries were crispy and hot. The music playing in the restaurant gives it a great vibe. Me and my friends all loved it as you can see my friend holding a fry in the picture very happily. I’m surprised this Popeyes doesn’t have better ratings.

Tonight I ordered my dinner through Uber Eats in this place and I’m really a big fan of Popeyes’ bean&rice but I wanted to try something new, I ordered some cheesy bites but I would never really order it again, they arrived totally crushed and greasy, they were super soaked in oil besides that they tasted acidic I wouldn’t be surprised if I get sick to my stomach after trying that. Visiting Madison and got Popeyes after a Sky Zone session. They forgot my fries && one of my strawberry biscuits. The sides were questionable && the frozen strawberry lemonade wasn’t frozen. But the chicken was ok && I guess that’s what you go here for..

I hate when I order something and the item is wrong especially threw a delivery app because I can not simply go back and get it corrected. I ordered a large and received a small or what looks like a sample taste. The receipt clearly shows I ordered a large so how do I receive a small? Did they receive less money? Ugh so disappointing. And the food is average at best.
