My son ordered online & I thought maybe I would have a better experience opposed to the usual waiting in line for over an hour but I was wrong. When I arrived the food wasn’t ready & they then tell me they’re out of one of my items. I over heard the person before me come to pick theirs up & the staff just cancelled it without letting them know because they didn’t have it so I guess I’m grateful they didn’t do that.

So I wait for a good half hour for my food to be prepared & then take it to my car only to find out I was now shorted a few items. I then wait another 20 minutes only to hear them say the item they said was out is up in a few minutes. It wasn’t like they were getting a delivery, they just weren’t preparing them for people.

The kitchen looked horrendous. Lids open everywhere with sauces all over the counters. The sides did not look fresh & I doubt the way they were kept they were at temp. After an hour we finally get to enjoy our food & it aside from being cold & the coleslaw tasting like dish water it was the usual Popeyes.

The food there is delicious & I would eat there way more than once in awhile but not unless something changes. Their chicken is top notch & I recommend the chicken 100% but be prepared for the headache that comes with it.

Took 25 minutes to get a 4 piece w/ Mac & a biscuit, no communication behind the counter, besides the young man walking around the restaurant rapping about making a brick of dope, while cleaning, then attempt to go back in the kitchen & touch food, until another employee yelled for him to wash his hands. People were hanging out in the lobby, charging phones, while others were walking in & filling random cups, before walking out. Just a really big mess @ this location!!!!

Before I even posted online, already around 40 people had already heard my personal review at five diff client locations. They kept asking why I looked so distress and literally starving. I told them it was because of the tasteless, reheated chicken I ordered—a spicy combo with red beans and rice. They asked where the location at I said it’s nearby your place of business right near railroad tracks near Walmart.

The only things I actually ate were the red beans and rice, the soda, and one buttery biscuit. Everything else went in the trash.

The issue wasn’t that the food wasn’t hot—it was hot. But it wasn’t fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting out and then re-dipped into grease to warm it up again. You already know how that turns out: dry, overcooked, and flavorless.

Back in the day, I wouldn’t have stressed over $10. But now—with gas up, rent up, phone bills up, everything going up—the last thing you want in March 2026 is to waste money on food that isn’t even fresh. That’s unacceptable.

The employees make and grab the sandwich’s without gloves (I didn’t see anyone wash their hands in between doing so). The employees fight about who lost your order, too busy arguing to work. I placed my online pickup order at 3:38pm, I didn’t receive it until 4:21pm, as I watched them make everyone elses food because someone had “my ticket”. Once i received my food, I asked if this is the portion they serve for large fries and the employee said yes and walked away. I paid $3.75 extra per large fries to receive a regular version just because they had 3 orders waiting on fries…so they shorted everyone’s order to a smaller portion. Disgusting and disappointing is an understatement for this restaurant, which sucks because I used to love their food.

NEVER again going to this location! Had a bad experience the first time I came here and decided to give them a second chance. Bad Idea! This time I placed an order through the app, went through the drive-through to pick up order and was told the order wasn’t ready and I had to come inside. I got inside and waited 10 minutes for somebody to wait on me. At that point that they looked at the order I placed and they did not have 3/4 of the food I ordered. I wanted a refund of my full order and they were unable to provide that because I ordered it on the app. They did not have chicken breasts or chicken wings or fried pickles, Very simple things that a chicken place should have available at all times. My first experience here was the same. They were out of all kinds of foods first thing for lunch. Not friendly employees, made me feel like a huge bother to them. Just terrible all around. It’s really a shame because Popeyes has good food when they have food. It’s just too bad.

Last Wednesday, I was served raw chicken from this location. I ate part of it before realizing, and it instantly ruined my appetite. After spending 40 minutes driving to pick up the food and $30 on my meal, I couldn’t eat any of it after discovering the chicken was raw — it was genuinely horrifying to think I had already consumed some.
We tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but the phone wouldn’t go through. We then had to drive another 40 minutes back to the store to ask for a refund. After being served raw chicken, we were told there would be no refund and instead they offered more chicken — which makes no sense after serving me unsafe food.
I left a review and the only response I received was that they would “talk to their team and ensure it doesn’t happen again.” That is not enough. I am looking for justification and accountability for what happened — not an empty promise.
I then reached out to Popeyes corporate, and they said they would elevate the issue back to this location and that I would hear back within a day, and I still have not heard anything — no refund, no apology, no explanation.
I have photographic proof of everything, including the raw chicken that was served to me.
I should not have to work this hard to receive acknowledgment or a refund for a clear health hazard. Being served raw chicken is a serious food safety violation, and if this is not addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to report this to the health department and escalate the issue further.
All I want is a refund for the food I could not eat due to a serious safety issue that was not my fault.

The missus had to turn around once she looked at the amount of fries they put in the boxes. Maybe halfway full in each at best. She brought the dinner home. The chicken had 0 SEASONING OR SALT. The female working did have a bit of attitude about the fries too. She said my wife was lucky the manager was working because “he’s the only one that can add more fries.” Laughable.

i doordashed 2 things and it took over an hour JUST to prepare it. i called bout 5 times and my call got declined one time the other 4 times no answer. over an hour for 2 things is crazy work literally. door dasher even got reassigned smh.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Ordered online and waited for 5 cars ahead of me, and this was 2:30 PM on a Wednesday.

She named 4 things that they were out of and then told me that all online orders have to be picked up inside. I asked why and she said, “Corporate said so and we have to do what corporate says.”

So I went inside and had to wait AGAIN for 4 people ahead of me.

BRUH! I’m so mad they got my order wrong I waited 35 MINUTES for the wrong order. THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME WHAT I ORDERED. Not only does the food look disgusting, IT TASTES SO BAD. My wings and my fries are all soggy and they didn’t even give me any of the sauces that I ordered. if I could rate this a zero I WOULD. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN
