Went to Popeyes at 4205 W. Greenfield Ave., Milwaukee, WI waited inside the restaurant in line for one hour and 10 minutes. I ordered a three-piece combo tender spicy said there be a six minute wait waited 30 minutes and never got my order. All the soda was completely empty and they did not have time to fill out the soda. I refuse to fill up my cups behind the counter. The place was dirty. I also did not get french fries I was supposed to get instead, they gave me macaroni and cheese. This is the worst restaurant ever for service food and cleansing us.The guy cooking in the back. His orange pants were all the way down to his thighs and his naked butt was hanging out you lost my business. I will never go to a Popeyes ever again.

Not the Popeyes to go to…. Hour and a half to get through the drive thru with six cars in front on me. Spent 20 minutes at the window waiting for our food. All we ordered was 2 five piece tenders with fries and 1 drink. They also forgot the dipping sauces after all that time. 5 employees working as well, poor management.

Their system for door dashes and mobile orders is genius. Make you wait in line for 30 minutes for an order that was already placed just so they can tell you they’re out of chicken… if you want to waste your time and be treated like they don’t want you there it’s a great place to go. Intelligence level of the staff is just off the charts.

Current staff there, at the moment of this post, are young, untrained, and rude. When they first opened this location, it was a nice and pleasant experience, with well trained courteous staff. I miss those days! Also, they seem to always be out of multiple items on the menu. Personally, to get the Best Popeye’s experience,,,, go to Oshkosh!

I am completely baffled by how a business can be operated this way and still stay open. I absolutely love popeyes chicken. But getting it is like a quest to satisfy an urge, but you rarely ever complete the journey. I stood in the restaurant and waited for 20 minutes only to watch all of 1 customer get their order. So with 4 other people waiting in front of me it would have been about an hour and first minutes till I could have a chance at getting a lunch. But I keep trying

I would love to be able to give a proper review sometime, but I’ve never been able to get food here. Typically we have to wait 15-30 minutes in the drive thru line, and any Door Dash order we put through gets canceled. I wish there were more Popeyes locations in the area to choose from.
