*Update* – the service that I had for this stop was great. Quick. Friendly. She asked multiple questions to make sure that my order would be exactly what I wanted. The food came out correct and quickly. Definitely worth stopping here!
I was happy to see a closer location for me to stop at Popeyes – especially for their wings since other chicken places don’t seem to like serving wings! Walked in during the week a little after 4PM. Place was empty and I figured I would be in and out quickly. Stopped in the bathroom – very clean – and came out to order my food. I did see someone walk behind the counter to look at something on my way to the bathroom but a couple minutes later, they were nowhere to be seen. I walked back and forth by the counter and did see someone on their phone by the back door. Took a bit but finally someone came out and took my order. They were very nice and the food came out pretty quickly. The food was very good but I could have done without the wait for anyone to acknowledge me.

I visited this Popeyes location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered the 5-for-$9 and immediately noticed upon pulling off that the chicken was old. I went back through the drive-thru and politely asked for fresh chicken, and the young lady… while not very personable did tell me it would take about 20–25 minutes. I agreed and waited.
About 10 minutes later, she brought my order out and said it was ready. When I got home, I realized they had simply re-fried the old chicken instead of making a fresh batch. So not only was my original order wrong, but even after returning and waiting, they still cut corners instead of correcting it.
I tried to give them the chance to make it right, but they didn’t. Very disappointed in the quality and the service. Was not authentic. In these time nothing can be waisted… this was a splurge and has cost over family a lot

Chicken sandwich was definitely old, bit into it and it was harder than beef jerky. That’s just crazy. Ive worked at 3 different culvers, 2 taco bells. I couldn’t stand that some managers just down care. Like how hard is it to make a fresh sandwich. Maybe advertise times that the store puts fresh chicken down or something so u get customers at organized times. And maybe just maybe u wouldn’t have chicken sitting in yo heater for 40+ minutes. And then u wouldn’t get bad reviews.

Nice clean place. Order was easy and the food came out quick! Fresh too. The guy at Drive thru window is super friendly. He asked us many times if we need any ketchup or sauce. He gave us a lot too. Definitely hidden gem.

Came in at 10:30 and was told they had no chicken. I already placed an order at that time and the horrible Popeyes app would not let me refund my order. I was told there would be a 30 minute wait. I had a ski trip then and this was a quick stop in my mind. Food was just mediocre and I would not come back…

I came here with my kids excited to try this new location. They had for a while only 2 workers and eventually we saw a 3rd person. I went to stand in line and I was the only person. I stood there for a few minutes and no one saw or acknowledged me. So I went and ordered on my phone thinking maybe they didn’t take in person orders….
Then… we waited…. for like 20 minutes… for our food. There were a lot of people then who came and waited for their mobile orders…. there was a lot of frustrated people waiting for their sandwiches. People even walked out bc of how long it was taking for a cashier to come to the counter.
Then I had a mix up on my order. I waited in line and told them. I think they had a panic attack and then asked to see my receipt… then after they saw I was not lying they gave me the right items…
Now… for the flavor… it tastes like every other Popeyes and flavor was present… but… the wait is absolutely not worth it. I wanted to love this new location but sadly I will be avoiding it like the plague.
After waiting over 10 minutes for my food I immediately regretted already paying bc I would’ve left and went somewhere else.
They are WAY understaffed…. I would not recommend this location until they are fully staffed.

All I bought was a large mash potatoes and got terribly sick. I found out I had food poisoning. Not good. Never happened from a chain like Popeyes before. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. However, I used to work for the health department. Please rectify this issue management.

This is my favorite Popeyes obviously drive all way from Milwaukee to get this Popeyes because they have great customer service always clean always fast service always on time always greet me with happiness always have a respectful mindset and I really love how the food comes. It’s always fresh and hot And when I ask for anything extra, they always make sure they handle it in the best manner with no attitude so I thank you so much for your great service for the whole crew. Keep doing your good job. Keep being a good candidate because we all appreciate you. I came here around 1:14pm .

Pulled ahead to the drive thru window, and they looked at me dumbfounded.
I said I’d like to place an order.
“Well she’s on the other line and you need to order back at the menu board” I asked if they could do it here and she said no.
Peak laziness, awful customer service .
Was the darker complexion chick with curly hair.
Train your employees better or fire the ones who don’t know how to adapt to fast food service.

This is by far the worst service and food from the Popeye’s chain that I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken was not seasoned and tasted like plain flour when ordering a mild family box . The coleslaw was slimy so I returned it and ask for red beans and rice to find it was soupy. The counter worker showed a lack of customer service and came off as very rude at first approach of the counter and more when I returned with the coleslaw. This food was not very pleasant at all. Fries were soggy and cold, meat was slightly undercooked and showed signs of pink and red. I Threw away over half of the meal I ordered at over $40. My family and I are very disappointed and displeased with the service and food here at this location. Better luck somewhere else never here. Thanks, But no Thanks. Please Retrain employees.
