Newer one in town. I used to go to a different one out at Breton and 28th but the service there was always sooooo slow. This location is better and the chicken is good! You have to like a lot of breading on the chicken used on a sandwich
I do like the different variety of sides. Rice and beans is a nice option. They also have McDonald’s style pies. About same quality.

Wow I have been here twice and both during steady traffic times, the service was fast, friendly and correct! The Manager is always friendly and tries to call each order my name, personal and professional at the same time! I didn’t even mention the food well if you like Popeyes then they won’t disappoint! Biscuits are always fresh and the chicken crispy my kids rave about the fries but the mashed potatoes are where it’s at for me! Thank you Wyoming Popeyes for being amazing hard workers!

Came here for the first time and most likely last time with the family. The chicken sandwich and wings were great but their chicken tenders are small. Most of the staff were just hovering around the Drive-Thru doing nothing. And when I asked for their house sauce they loaded my bag up with hot sauce – definitely not worth the $50.

Ordered my food and picked up during lunch hours. Had 5 cars in front of me in drive through and made it to the window within 5 minutes, not bad so far! I thought for sure my order would be screwed up because every time I get popeyes at other locations my order is never correct. Opening the bag I found a order of fries which I didn’t order. Also I was supposed to get 2 Mac and cheese but instead got 1 and a mashed potato. That didnt bother me too much. The food was a little cold which during lunch hours shouldn’t be, but it wasnt too bad. All and all this Popeyes is much better then other near by locations.

Placed a mobile order, planned to go in and grab it. Was forced to sit in drive thru line that is enclosed. After a 58 minute wait, I ask for a container of ranch.
The kid at the drive thru says “it’s in there”, it wasn’t. That’s why I asked. I kindly asked again. To which he laughed, and told me “$.25” a piece…… after I waited an hour to pick up an online order that is now ice cold.
I’ll never be back. And I’d love to speak to management come Monday morning.

This was by far the worst Popeye’s experience I’ve ever had. I decided to go to this location to patronize a new business in our area – worst decision I could have ever made. I ordered a 10 piece meal all white meat through the drive thru, the employee rang up my order and asked me to pull around. Once I paid for & received my order, it was not all white meat. When I alerted the manager that my order was wrong she said that they can not do all white meat on family meals. I asked why this wasn’t stated when I placed my order or before I paid and she ultimately kept repeating the same thing. I then asked for a refund since this is not what I ordered or wanted in which I was told they don’t do refunds because there is nothing wrong with the chicken (except for the fact it’s not the chicken I ordered or you rang me up for). As an aside, their app also gives you the option to order all white meat on family meals. When I mentioned this to the manager her response was “well the app is different.” So you mean to tell me that had I placed this exact same order on the app you would fill it with no issue? She indeed told me yes – they would have, smh. I paid $30 for food I did not want nor did I order and the restaurant refused to remedy the situation. I have also attempted to call this location to see if the situation can be remedied and no one ever answers the phone. Food is too expensive to be out here playing with people’s hard earned money. I will never patronize this location again.

They literally stole around $20-30. The service was as rude as it gets without adding in intentional insults. They did not give us one of the meals, no sauces, two of the four drinks were wrong, the customer service line said I need to call them for a refund. I could not get ahold of anyone for a refund. Unless you like being ripped off, don’t go.

Placed several mobile orders for my family. Only received seven of the eight orders that were placed. For the 8th order they said it didnt show on there end and I showed them my order confirmation/receipt. I assume the black popeyes jacket lady is a shift leader/manager who knows nothing about service. They said there was nothing they could do, insisted to contact support who was also useless. To make things worse, they didn’t include sauce on any of my orders when they all had it added. Avoid this location at all costs! This location is the epitome of a poor service restaurant.
