Food was good and hot. The fat manager with the red hair was rude af though. She forgot our sweet tea then when we asked for it rolled her eyes and gave us attitude. We already paid for it. Before we asked for our sweet tea we asked for honey for our biscuits and never received it. So rude. Do better.

The food is very good but the customer service is horrible. I hope they change the customer service I would hate to see this place loose business. A 16 piece meal should not take 50 min to receive. My husband and I went through the drive through at 10:30 and they told us that sense we were the first customer that it would take 50 min. I asked you have been open sense 10 though? You would think if they are open at 10 then they should start preparing an hour before. Also when we started heading out we saw another car waiting. So we were not the first customer! They were trying to lie! Definitely go to a nice sit down restaurant instead of this place if you want to wait about an hour.

All I can say is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE – worst customer service at this location. We waited at least 10 mins, on July 12, 2023 around 6:30pm, at the counter, plenty of staff on, nobody acknowledged us, or even looked at us. Finally I said can I place an order please and the young man said “ya in a minute” … we walked out, teach your staff common decently of acknowledging a customer, we would have been happy to wait IF we had been acknowledged. Never see us again and we WILL let all of our friends and family know to skip this location.

I am aware that the employees are perhaps doing their best. This falls on the Franchise owner. Having lived in the south for over 15 years, this is the worst Popeyes hands down. Don’short the customer on quality or quantity!!! The Red Beans and rice were not only at a pasty state but also short on quantity, filled on 1/3 beans and maybe 1/4 rice… As well as not having a lot available. Take care of your store, its not the employees fault you run it so frugally!!!! The meager mini biscuit was a laugh too.

1st time going to this location had a wonderful experience the GM Caleb took very good care of us. He was very polite, food was very HOT, fresh and delicious surprisingly around 10pm which was AMAZING majority fast food restaurants after a certain food quality and service quality goes down. This place did not disappoint, definitely recommend coming here for that late night meal

just found two strands of hair in my food after having to wait 30 minutes for a simple combo meal, the servers were yelling and screaming such a unpleasant experience, absolutely disgusting… really hair in my food do we not follow health codes…. absolutely gross

I’ve been to this location several times since they opened and never has my order been correct. Today I waited in another long line, my order was not taken correctly and I received mild tenders not the spicy tenders I ordered. They did not provide silverware even though I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy as my side. My Dr. Pepper was colored soda water, no syrup.

Hands down the best Popeye’s I have eaten in YEARS. Efficient and friendly staff. Food was soooooo fresh and Hot. Had every item I ordered available… quite the concept. This is what I want out of every Popeye’s out there. Far above and beyond what is typically the norm from like brand franchises I used to frequent near my home. Fantastic job seriously! I wish all the locations that I live close to were like this.
