My visit was nice. I was greeted with gr8 Customer Service by Amarion. He took my order & he was very Professional & Polite. The entire staff was on point! Food was Gr8! Thank you for my order of Gr8 food…Love that Chicken from Popeyes

Absolutely terrible and disgusting. First, One of their employees was on break taking up the only booth available while customers should have that option, especially 3+ group. Secondly, she got up a couple of times and helped herself to the jalepeno poppers sitting on the counter while people were also at the counter. Lastly and most bothersome. She had her nasty hair net sitting on the table, and I would guarantee the table was not wiped down when she left. Makes me wonder about sanitation issues that happen out of a customer view. Sick. Food was terrible. Way too salty, tasted like it had been sitting for an extended period of time. My chicken was rubbery. Likely from a recook. One person at the counter, but took order correctly and she did her job ok. We waited for about 15 minutes on our food and no one ahead of us while they had at least 3 workers in back cooking. Not sure why it took so long because our food was luke warm at best. They also forgot to give us a large side we paid full price for.
Like others, this was our first and last time. Franchise owners, or corporate, take these reviews seriously, or this place will have to shut down from lack of customers.

I’m not one for fast food very often. Normally when traveling or when I lack energy to cook. Something about Popeye’s chicken just hits right. Increasingly, I find myself wanting Popeyes. Great bone-in spicy chicken, the red beans and rice are also a must.

The Gull rd location does a great job. I always get much food quickly and the staff are always nice. Great deals on the Popeyes mobile app.

I ordered ahead and pick up through drive through. Our food has been good. The service has been much better. It seems they have some new staff that are doing well and very polite.

This was my first time at a popeyes and my last. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes. I couldn’t even eat my chicken. It was just completely tough-as hard as plastic-completely unchewable. Also it just looks like they put two pieces of small hard chicken on my sandwich instead of one, quality piece. I want my money back, but I can’t get help from customer service without a receipt which they never gave me! The employees were nice and the service quick.

These guys are doing a great job fitting in with the lousy expectations of Popeyes! It’s such a shame that this company as a whole can’t develop better business practices, because the recipe is awesome.

I ordered a 12 count of spicy tenders today but ALL of them were regular. Called the restaurant when I was handing them out to coworkers who wanted them and realized NONE of them were spicy.

Sophia claimed she was the shift manager. She acknowledged she was the person who took my order. I ordered at 10:33, per my receipt, I was their first customer of the day in the drive-thru. When I explained that my order was incorrect and that I was unhappy spending over $40 on my food and not getting what I ordered, she told me to return to the store for replacement. When I told her I would not do that, both because I was on lunch and because I was now an hour away, she still refused to refund me for the items not received.

This makes no sense since THEY screwed up the order. On what planet is the customer expected to eat the cost of food that wasn’t ordered?!

When asked for the District Manager’s phone number, she told me they didn’t have one. I know this is not true, they all have a DM, I have a friend who used to be one for this company! She told me to call customer service.

Well, I did that, and it’s just an automated system that wants to text you. After going through a bunch of automated questions, it tells you and agent will be with you in 24-48 hours! WHAT!? They can’t handle making their mistakes right AT ALL. I’m calling my bank and reporting fraud—what other option do I have here?

We went through the drive thru. Young man taking my order was very confused, constantly interrupting me and rushing me. I asked him if he could give me a minute to look at the menu. We could hear him humming like he was really irritated he had to wait. Barely gave me a chance to order before saying ANYTHING ELSE I said yes I have several more item but he continued rushing me. I could barely get a word in. I gave up and didn’t bother ordering everything we wanted.
Chicken sandwiches were killer BUT I ordered an individual size mac and cheese that had barely two bites in it. I will include a picture. $4.29 for two bites. Terrible customer service in the drive thru.

Every since the most recent Popeye’s opened up on Gull Rd the food has been fresh and service great.
I am very impressed w/this Popeye’s because the previous one on Gull Rd.had to be shut down for whatever reason and the service plus food was terrible as well as the one on West Main. Please keep doing what you’re doing because I love Popeye’s now but been disappointed w/the last 2 in Kalamazoo. You guys have so far been doing a great job with service and food being fresh.

We wanted to feed our employees at work, but not do pizza or Jimmy John’s like we always do. I called not long after they opened, unsure if they could do a catering order in 1 hour. They were able to get a 50 person catering around in time and had the food all ready when I got there.

I honestly don’t know how this place has bad reviews they must be under new management now or something but every time I go to this place my chicken is fresh my popcorn shrimp is fresh the customer service is amazing, and they get my order right every time with nothing missing it is correct, please keep up the great work as a nearby homeowner I appreciate this place thank you!!
