1/15/23 went through the drive thru and ordered popcorn shrimp. The first small container was filled with overcooked crumbs. They said it was because shrimp is expensive and that’s how they serve it now. They gave us a second small dish to make up for it. The second dish was no better. I have video and pictures of the crunchy, crumbled so called shrimp. They were so hard I couldn’t even eat them. Not one piece was eatable. Never going back.

When it first opened I gave it one star. Now aberage at best. Ordered two piece all white and recieved a leg and thigh. The diet coke was flat, the bidcuit warm but off tasting, but the chicken was at least hot and moist but not what I ordered. Next time get the order straight that is if I go back to this location. And at 10.99 a huge ripoff.

So this is what Popeyes Manager and/or employee wrote on the chicken sandwich bag. That they did not pack correctly. We spent $50 on food and employee was upset that we had to turn around to ask for the sandwich we ordered and paid for. I really can’t believe this actually happened and on top of that we called to let the Manager know and he completely snaps at us. This how Popeyes treat their customers. Its extremely disappointing that they have such a horrible team representing them.

I love the chicken, but I always order extra gravy on my mashed potatoes, AND NEVER GET IT. Tonight I swear my extra gravy was in my Red Beans and Rice! Good thing it tasted ok. Still, NOT THE POINT! I should learn. Just not go anymore, except this is the only Popeyes in my area! I wish you would get my order right.

After all the hype, went and tried the spicy chicken. It was good just not what I think of when I hear spicy. The chicken would have been 10 times better if it was dipped in the sauce. I could have had a large red beans and rice though. Service was good, it was a little slow to come out and we were missing the red beans and biscuit. Went and asked for them and got them with no problem.

Horrible service. They aren’t worth their current 3.2 rating. The management needs to change to improve service. Small pieces. They don’t take coupons either. Staff is rude. Wouldn’t give me sauce even tho I would pay for it. They said I would have to go around again and order through the drive through and not at the window.
