Customer service was excellent the cashier was so sweet and nice! They had to substitute a few items due to being understaffed with only 2 workers at that time. I was very understanding and forgiving. However, I was missing mashed potatoes and ranch for the chicken. Was really looking forward to those things and had already had to substitute other items for different things so I was disappointed:( Especially for how much you pay, the food I did get was good though.

I had the nastiest box dinner last night. The spicy chicken breast was obviously dropped in the deep fryer twice. It was dry, overcooked and burnt in parts. Cooks know when a piece goes in twice. No QC at this location.

The service was fast and the staff nice but the food was expensive and terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My large fry was toddler sized and my Mac n Cheese was so small it was laughable. The cup shown below is the size of 1 cup and it was half filled with Mac N Cheese. $3.50 for a half cup if I was lucky!

Recently tried KFC for the first time in years, it was horrible; no idea what happened to their original recipe. Then for the first time ever, I tried Popeye’s, it was great. The chicken was tender, juicy, and flavorful. AmAzing!

We live in big rapids so it’s not often we go to Mt. Pleasant. The guy at the grive through rushed us when we were trying to order. Shoved 3 meals into one bag so my son never got his kids toy. Literally the only reason we got a kids meal cuz he’s only 13months old. Highly disappointed with the service more then the food.

The food was good but they failed to give me my whole order yet charged me for it!!!! I didn’t realize until I got back home and started to eat my food. I live in Lansing Michigan almost or about one hour and a half away so I couldn’t go back to ask for my food I’d already paid for!!!!! Shame on them!!!!!
