Very good food, I’m glad we stopped! I ordered the golden BBQ chicken sandwich, with mashed potatoes. My bf got the chicken tenders, with mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious. I really love the flavor of the mashed potatoes, it reminded me of my grandmas cooking in New Mexico. I live in MI and we don’t have that good green chili flavor in food here, so that was a pleasant surprise.

I sooooo wanted to give this place a 5/5, as fried chicken has been on my cravings list. We had one car ahead of us order, however, it still took 30 minutes in the drive thru to get our food! Fine, whatever, at least we’ll have good food. But the pieces of chicken were so small, and the large sides were more like smalls and not even full. We purchased the 10pc dinner with 2 sides and 5 bisquits for $27.99, would’ve been a great deal if the food wasn’t baby sized. Food tasted good though. The blueberry lemon cream cheese fried pies were super delicious!

A really great Popeyes in mid-Michigan.
We stopped on our way up north for dinner. We haven’t had Popeyes in a few years and it was nice to get some good quality chicken again.
We had chicken sandwiches and I was so happy. I remember in 2018-1019 the great Chicken Sandwich wars and my vote was for Popeyes and it still is. They make the best fast food chicken sandwich HANDS DOWN.
The staff at this location were really fast and super friendly.

Stopped in on the 15th around 6 pm and when I got there the store got really busy and the guy working the counter was awesome. He kept all the customers informed on the status of our meals and worked hard to get everyone taken care of, we had a big order and there was some things missing but he caught them for us before we noticed and ran them out to us. All the food was fresh and hot. I wish I would of got the guys name to give him a shout out personally.

We decided to try our Bay City Popeyes. A first impression is so important! My husband ordered a shrimp/chicken combo. He did not get the chicken, so he went back to the counter. The server said that he did not order the chicken. So, he asked to BUY 2 chicken tenders, she said NO, we don’t sell the tenders separately. EVERY table was dirty to dine in. The floor had a whole meal on it, straw wrappers, etc…
Another customer asked TWICE to clean her table. The server only cleaned that one! No paper towels in the men’s bathroom. There were approximately 8-10 other customers in the restaurant. Unbelievable for a new restaurant where the grand opening balloons still displayed, DO BETTER POPEYES!!

Called to ask if they still do the Cajan turkey for thanks giving, first time they hung up and I thought they just couldn’t hear me, second time I called a lady answered and I asked my question AND GOT HUNG UP ON. Will NEVER do business here after all the other bad experiences. Was supposed to be better than Flint and failed.
