Placed an order via Grub Hub. Awful wait time. I waited about 13 minutes at the counter just to pick up my order. Drive thru was awful. Customer service was great tho. My food was fresh. I ordered the ghost pepper wings, spicy chicken sandwich, regular red beans with rice, and since I ordered online I got a free 2 piece leg and thigh. Since I’m Yvette, “Jody”, took my order. He was pleasant, despite the rush, waiting on food and being short staffed. Resturant bathrooms were out of order, both the men’s and women’s restroom. It was freezing cold inside too. Workers wearing outside coats, while making food. Unsanitary. Employees still not wearing gloves or mask. This the only Popeyes in Reford. That’s the only reason I still come, it’s in my route.

After seeing 2.9 stars, I was a bit apprehensive about going to this place. But I saw that the service was usually good, so I gave it a try. It is indeed true that their service is great. And people got their orders fast. Except me. Seven people who came after me got their orders in under 3 minutes. After literally everyone else left, I finally got to ask if my order (8 pc chicken family meal) was ready. It had not even started, so the nice gentleman apologized and prepared my order. It probably took a little over 20 minutes total to finally get my order. I wasn’t in a hurry, so I’m not upset about that. And the food was good. So I’m giving 4 stars for my wait because I would’ve gotten my order pretty fast if it were not screwed up like that. Besides, everyone else got theirs pretty fast. ♀️

I had a large order for a funeral and at the last minute they filled it. Because the Popeyes I usually go to the power went out. This Popeyes did it without complaint and they did it with a smile. Excellent place of business.

It’s Popeye’s. We go there for one thing. The Spicy Chicken! I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up because the drive-thru was at least an hour wait. There were only 3 employees working, so I waited almost 20 minutes to pick up my mobile order, BUT BABY was it worth it. I finally got an order of Ghost Pepper Wings that were worthy of the Ghost Pepper name!

Didn’t have the 6 piece wing meal, got the 3 piece with Cole slaw. They had no napkins and they had no air conditioning. Should have had both doors open for ventilation.. person taking my order was new because he did not know what they had. Still enjoyed my chicken.

I can’t say it’s the worst because the food was good, but they definitely need more workers. I ordered ghost pepper wings combo, classic chicken sandwich combo, and (2) 8 piece tenders and my order was totally different from what I ordered. I waited in the drive threw for over 45mins for my food but for what I got it was hot and fresh but they didn’t have no ghost pepper wings or chicken sandwich , which was the reason I came to Popeye’s. They only had 3 people working at the time. One of the young men working didn’t have an decent customer service attitude but I get it he was apparently having a bad day.

The dude with the dreads(or nappy hair at the top) and fade added up my order on his phone instead of the register. Did not give me a receipt. Gave me 2 different totals then said said just give him the money and not the change. Then told me there would be a wait. One box of food was cold and one was hot. Since he was at work hustling, the least could’ve done was made sure all of the food was hot. The fries were cold as ice and my chicken was too. I tried to eat it but I couldn’t. It seems like all of the Popeyes in the area are garbage. I should’ve just cooked.

I went inside here because my vehicle is too large for the drive-thru immediately got rude customer service at the window I tried to place my order the young lady yelled at me I can’t hear you with n attitude I just had to leave because my feelings were hurt all I wanted to do was get some good food after my shift today I definitely do not like the way I felt leaving this place I hope the management could demonstrate better customer service here at this location
