This was one of my worst experiences at this Popeyes location. The service was extremely slow, and several associates appeared disengaged. What concerned me most was the lack of food‑safety practices: employees were using their phones while handling food and were not wearing hairnets. This is unacceptable in any food establishment. I have given this restaurant too many chances. I know they usually have a long wait, so I ordered on mobile 30 minutes before I intended to go pick up my food (this was lunch for 2 people, not a large order). I get to the restaurant, and of course they tell me one of the items isn’t ready and to pull forward and wait. After 10 minutes of waiting, someone comes out, hands me a bag of food through my window and then YANKS it back and says it was for someone else. At the 15 minute mark, I go ask if it’s almost ready, because it had been 45 minutes since I placed the order. They scramble and apparently just throw stuff in a bag and give it to me. I have a screaming baby in the car so I just leave. When I get home, the order is missing a chicken sandwich, which is basically half the order. I reached out to support on the app – they have my order history and put in a ticket. I don’t hear anything from them, so I reach back out and OOPS, there is no record of a ticket and the whole order has disappeared from the app so I can’t inquire about it anymore as the app is all automated and I can’t talk to a real person. Terrible customer service both in the restaurant and on the app. There is no way to rectify issues and that seems to be by design.

Ate lunch here today. Early lunch 11:30. Food was fresh hot and delicious. That’s not where they shined today…. Shae waited on us and was phenomenal. What made it superb was her happy smile and over eagerness to make my dining experience the best it could be. We will be back!

Uber eats shouldn’t even allow this location on their app. To order a 4 piece bic combo, spicy, with red beans and rice, a fanta, and an apple pie– only to get 2 BOXES OF NON-SPICY CHICKEN, A DRY BISCUIT AND A FRUIT PUNCH???? The food quality is extremely questionable. It’s not good if I have to constantly hold my phone’s flashlight to each piece of chicken to make sure it’s cooked.
Well, that is if I actually get the chicken I ordered. It seems like this restaurant exists in some mythical Bermuda triangle, where half of your order inexplicably vanishes from time and space. I’m convinced there’s supernatural forces at work here because this has happened with 100% of my orders here.

You want good food.
You expect courtesy.
You want the correct order.
You want to get the correct doordash.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Trust me. They are none of the above. Terrible setting also. Place is dirty also.

20 min and they don’t even take order the workers reek of weed and they place there backpacks on counter where food is prepped if I see agen I will post pictures of and post all over with location as I still here the one with a head set on for drive through was on his headphones talking with someone on the phone and then they pass me over to to talk with the next person like I was not even here even after the manger told me they where on there way to take my order

If I could give it less, I would. Waited in an empty drive-thru (with an empty restaurant inside) for 27 mins. All of our food was wrong, the fries tasted as if they were in the hot window for DAYS, gave me the sauce to toss myself (because they forgot), and coleslaw tasted spoiled. This place should be ashamed. As someone who worked in fast food, I get every place has there days, and had it been busy, sure, but this was absorbed after spending nearly $50. Will NOT be back here.

I am wondering why u cannot rate Service 6 stars. This location will be extremely successful after Shae’s promotion. This lady is Grace personified and just exudes class, calm demeanor and immense positive vibes. I just want to say for most people a managerial position goes strait to their head and they boss others around but this one is the OPPOSITE. She has become more humble and gracious than ever before. She uses her position to uplift those around her : not to belittle and exploit. She will be successful wherever she goes, please promote her again.
