In keeping with the tradition of TAs being dirty and run down we have this Popeyes. Trash all over the floor, sticky tea all over the counter, kiosk ordering only because nobody behind the counter bothered to even look at me. No employee discount offered for my self service. No large cups so they gave me 2 cups to juggle. Would have been nice to know but again nobody even looked at me, let alone told me anything.
Trash overflowing, tables dirty. For 7pm on a Saturday it seems like someone would have been able to maintain the restaurant to some degree… I pray I don’t get sick eating this mess. I can promise my rig and I will not stop here anymore. I’ll go to the pilot down the road.

Can’t read an order to save there lives. Who wants a meal with no fries…… missed the fries and miss the strawberry cream pies. They should really pay attention when preparing someone’s meal.

Staff was kind but was running out of everything. They apologized and made our sandwich that wasn’t in the bag with our other food.
Red beans and rice was terrible. Rice was hard and beans crunchy – not ok. After nearly $50 my family had an not great meal. Very disappointing

I stopped at Popeyes to grab food for my elderly mother-in-law after picking her up from Detroit Metro Airport. When she got home and started eating, we found the chicken was raw and bloody inside.
This is disgusting, dangerous and completely unacceptable. Serving undercooked chicken is a serious health hazard and should NEVER happen! ☹️
I will definitely NOT be returning and I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

I approached the counter after waiting for the guest in front of me to pay. I was immediately directed to the kiosk, which was available the entire time I was standing in line. I got the 4 piece combo. I’ve never seen so much fat and breading, very little meat. 1 of the pieces I didn’t recognize, many small bones and what appeared to be a neck. My mashed potatoes didn’t have gravy. Complete waste of $16. I don’t think I’ll ever go to Popeyes again. This is my first bad experience at Popeyes, but I’ll take my money elsewhere.

This place will give you chicken tenders that come with bones! If it is called tenders, why are you (intentionally) giving tiny wings that come with bones when the customer paid for tenders? That is a rip off and must be an illegal enrichment without serving the customer with integrity. It happened to me in another similar POPEYES too. Anyone who is in charge should audit these places and check how they are serving the public. Use a scale and make the customers pay for what their orders weigh instead.

Do you remember when Popeye used to advertise on TV and then you went and got Popeyes from the restaurant and the chicken was juicy flavorful and hot I have an experience that at Popeyes in about three years. It’s just become disappointing and overpriced.

They have lots of chicken. But won t sell ya piece. I stood in line for at least 10 minnuts. and every one of those employees looked at me at least once .and never asked me if i wanted any thing. Nobody else was waiting????? So i walked out. And went elseware
