Placed an online order and it said “ready for pickup” then had to sit and wait another 10minutes. Ordered shrimp with garlic parm rub, but ended up with regular ones.
Ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade, idk what this even is?
Oh! And got no sauces OR straws.

Ordered a 12-piece family meal and it did not disappoint. The chicken was incredibly hot, crispy, and juicy exactly what a craving needs. The red beans and rice were perfectly seasoned, and the biscuits were warm and fluffy. The restaurant was clean, well-staffed, and they had my order ready fast. Easily the best fast-food fried chicken around! Tried the original chicken sandwich and it lived up to the hype! It was thick, tender, and seasoned to perfection. The pickles and mayo added a perfect tang. The staff was polite and the service was quick. Definitely worth it. If you haven’t tried the Sweet Heat wings, you are missing out, they are tender, crispy, and the sauce is top-tier. Pair that with their creamy mashed potatoes and gravy for the perfect meal. It’s consistently good, fresh, and definitely a 5-star experience.

Pulled up to the drive though saw a car backing out. I asked what was wrong and they said theyre trying to see if Popeyes was even open because no one responded. Pulled up to the door only to see the workers sitting down. When I tried to open the door, they told me to go to the drive through. I told them no one was responding and the young lady jumped up and ran to the back. When she came back told me to go to the other lane. I dont expect exceptional service from fast food but to have the workers sitting around while people are in the drive through is absurd. Its 9:30 on a Friday night and they don’t close until 2a. Disappointing that this is the 2nd location I came to because the first location made too much mild chicken and told me their kitchen was already shut down. Again it’s Friday and they didnt close until 11p.
Lets hope the chicken I told them I’d wait for to be fresh is prepared correctly.
I don’t know who the manager is for this franchise but they need to have better training.

This is the 3rd time in the last 10 days I’ve ordered Popeyes chicken from the website and drove to pick it up. It’s always ready when I pull up to the window and they nailed it every single time! Impressive for today’s standards!!

Went to Popeyes around 11 p.m. Feb 20th. I ordered two 12 pieces and was given 1 12 piece at the window. I explain to the kind lady that I need one more 12 piece and she told me she would make a separate transaction because she didn’t charge me for it. I pulled ahead and wait for a little over 20 minutes to receive my food. This was not the issue. I recived my food and got half way home to notice that I only had 6 wings instead of the 12 piece that I ordered was charged for. I turned around and told them that they only gave me 6. The kind lady asked for the bag and she opened it and saw 6 agreed that it was suppose to be 12 after she looked at the receipt. The “manager” came around the corner and accused me of lying. I asked for his name and wasn’t given his name and I asked for the manager and they said he was the manager. I told him the we lived really far and I wouldn’t lie about 6 wings. He walked away as I was explaining it to him and then the kind lady told me that they would get me taken care of. The guy then came back around the corner to tell me I was lying once again and that he was sure it should have been 12 wings. The kind lady then told me they had multiple orders after I left that could have been the same. About 2 minutes later she hands me my wings. These wings were extremely undercooked and frozen on some parts. They were not edible! I feel disrespected and embarrassed that I had to defend myself against the leadership of an establishment that refused to take accountability! I will be contacting the BBB about the undercooked order!

Tried the Popeyes honey bbq wings and they slapped. Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and seasoned heavy in a good way. Not dry, not skimpy. Sauce was messy but worth it. Drive-thru took a sec but the wings did what they needed to do.
