My family and I made a trip to michigan and doordashed Popeyes to the hotel we were staying in! Upon receiving our food we noticed that the biscuits we ordered, which there was ten total as my father ordered extra because he was excited about Popeyes biscuits, they were covered in mold. Every single biscuit had mold all over them. We had ordered an $80 dollar meal. I had called Popeyes three times during their hours that were open to which they did not respond. As mentioned, we don’t have a Popeyes near us and we were out of our hometown. We were so disappointed as it was our family’s first time trying Popeyes, besides my father. Our doordasher was lovely and very helpful during this stressful situation. It was a complete disaster in Popeyes kitchen. I suggest checking your food thoroughly before eating. We threw the food out as well because they were in close contact with the biscuits. Such a waste of money. Please look below at attachments.

I ordered the 2 chicken sandwiches last night on doordash and the surf and turf box I did not enjoy any of what I ordered, the chicken sandwiches were drenched in grease so bad that it was in the bread too, the surf and turf made my stomach cramp, the red beans and rice had no flavor or love made to it, I was supposed to receive a premium chilled lemonade I didn’t get that either, I just won’t be back to this location ever again, this is by far the worst Popeyes I have been to.

Came here At 10a when they opened, was told to come back in 10-20 mins. I came back in 20 an they still wasn’t ready or had any chicken prepared or even someone to answer on the speaker. Now I’m told to come back again in 10 more minutes mind you I’m only asking for 3 wings.

Make sure you get a receipt because they are thieves and will put items on your receipt like “strawberry biscuit” that you didn’t order and not give you a receipt. They also are unprofessional and will tell you to pull forward to wait for your food and never come out to give you your food. Then when you go back to the window after waiting say “ oh she’s making it now” then make you wait another duration of time. I see why Popeyes filed for bankruptcy. The workers lack integrity and competency. I will never go back again. Good luck to all who choose to patronize this place.

Don’t waste your time. Apparently they only cook chicken when you order it. I waited last week because things happen right. Just ordered, 9/25/25 around 11:15, this week and they tell you not to pass the yellow pole (maybe that’s the timer?) So you order, wait behind the yellow pole, they tell you when to pull up to pay, you pay and still have to pull up and wait 15 more minutes. The Owner has to know this is happening. We should rarely have to wait on chicken at a place that sells chicken. No more chances left. At least I could drive off, the guy in front on me paid so he was stuck waiting. SMH
