I ordered a “spicy bacon & cheese chicken sandwich” -NO BACON -NO PICKLES !!??? Disappointing.
Then I ordered tenders with mashed potatoes, no gravy. And guess what? If I hadn’t checked my order, I wouldn’t have noticed they gave me the wrong one. I wish I had checked my sandwich too. The food was cold as well. First and last time I come to this place.

Me and the husband have had errors in our orders the last 3 times we went, so we hadn’t been back in a while. I don’t normally write negative reviews and just walk away from that unless something is very bad.
But, tonight while driving with my brother, he really wanted Popeye’s and i said i had been avoiding it due to previous negative experiences, but he still insisted.
we arrived about 8:26(They close at 9pm), as we pull in the drive thru, an employee is outside taking out trash and heading back in(about 3mnts went by in his going out & in), no one has talked to us yet. It’s 8:32, i say hello 3 times. No response. We decide to drive up the window, maybe something wrong. Manager is in walking around and had turned off the lights. No one approaches or had said anything to us.
Listen…i get it if it had been super slow for hours you wanna wrap up early, but show some respect and decency and let the person waiting for a greeting over 6mnts and say something.
100% will never come back, and now my brother’s family saw what i had been saying and wont either.
maybe that’s why more people also have stopped going.
Had we been warned by the employee or manager that they were closing early instead of letting us wait, we wouldn’t have been upset and disappointed or felt disrespected.

Food was old and dry, lobby was closed at 530pm so had to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes. Should of just ordered zaxbys. The store literally asked us to come back to remake, then refused both food and a refund and then refused to give us a managers name, said no one in the store has it, nor corporates number. Its a disgrace of a buisness

I just doordashed from here. The Mac and cheese and sweet tea were great! But the chicken tenders looked and tasted like they had been out for a bit. It was just ok. They also forgot a spoon/fork and a straw.

Ordered our food at 12:22, didn’t receive our food until 12:48. They said the hold up was the boneless wings I ordered.. I didn’t know it took over 25 mins to cook boneless wings.. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE RESTURANT. And we had to repeat our order 3 times to the girl because she couldn’t hold attention span long enough. They were also out of sweet tea, Dr. Pepper, napkins (had a roll of paper towels sitting out), coleslaw and several options of food. Had to rush to take our order to go to make it back to work on time. Discovered they left out my ranch for my wings and also had a 3 piece leg combo that only had 2 pieces. Didn’t get a sorry, kiss my butt or anything. Got a “Have a great day guys!” when we rushing out the door.

The whole experience was awful. One car in front of me in the drive thru and one parked and waiting. From paying till food arrived was 25 min. No apology at all on wait time and we were missing 1/3 of our order. I drive back through to get it and they don’t even put gloves on to scoop the fries.
Finally get home with the food, kids meals & fries are cold and one kids meal only had 1 piece of actual chicken. The rest were just breading/ batter. Safe to say we will not be returning

Im calling out the management! Can’t even serve fried chicken for 15 minutes in a drive thru? Yep, waited. No discount! The staff were very nice. Replace management! Oh while your at it …. Pay your employees better. They can’t serve ppl if they can’t afford to live. All said and done….do better of get outta my town!

The chicken sandwiches were just hard old chicken strips on a bun and the wings were tiny and overcooked and since they forgot the accompanying sauces, was even worse. Couldn’t even enjoy the cheesecake thing I ordered because they forgot that too. Only thing that was good was the red beans and rice.
This is not the first time I’ve come here and got awful service but it’s definitely going to be the last

We had a big order for our workplace. It took them a very long time to finish it, even though there was only 1 car in the parking lot. I got back and realized about 5 out of 10 things were wrong or missing. I called them and told them this. The manager immediately interrupted me, told me she “made it all herself and she knows it’s all there, even if it is wrong I can’t do anything about it because the GM isn’t there. Very combative and calling me a liar. I try and tell her that there is obviously food wrong and missing and she hangs up on me. When I show up in person, she says “even though I know I put everything in there, my GM says I have to help you, but I know everything was right.” She immediately starts talking about how the “phone is broken” and she could barely hear me, to cover how she hung up on me. The customer is not always right, but if you’re going to work in the food industry you have to at least be able to admit when you’re wrong. We got our “fixed” order and they somehow messed up a second time by not giving me a spicy tender again.

I have eaten at Popeyes many times but never had the chicken sandwich. Until today. I ordered the chicken sandwich with red beans and rice. Honestly, everything is delicious at Popeyes. The chicken sandwich is a thick piece of chicken. It’s seasoned just right. I would rank this top tier. So next time you’re eating at Popeyes, don’t be afraid to switch it up. You won’t be disappointed.
