This is one of our favorite fast food places in Salem. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but they have done much better lately. The food is good and hot. Whenever they make a mistake on the order it’s always in my favor. I regularly get extra chicken. The staff is usually super sweet too. Love the fries and rice and beans for sides. Also really like the buttery biscuits, but the spicy chicken is king.

Came in from travelling thru the area. Stood in line to order. The kitchen didn’t have any chicken ready, a 10 minute wait, besides waiting 10 minutes in line. While in line a customer brought his fries back and asked if he could get some hot fries, his were cold. The girl touched them with her finger and then made a snide look. We just left and didn’t eat there. Very unprofessional and not prepared for people to come in.

We have always enjoyed Popeyes chicken and used to get it on a regular basis. The last 4 times after telling me about the “specials” I ordered and 4 times in a row left without chicken because they didn’t even have 8 pc of chicken. Why script a family 16 pc? I’m afraid tonight was the last straw.

Was waiting for 15 minutes for food and then after everything else was packed up and ready to go they realized that they didn’t have spicy chicken so they had to make some which takes 15 minutes to cook meanwhile the rest of the order set out on the counter and was cold and gross by the time the chicken was done and you would think they would remake the whole order when the chicken got done but no they gave me the cold stuff. I would recommend you go anywhere else to eat.

The size of chicken tenders I just received is absolutely a joke. One of them is literally just barely a quarter inch of meat, the rest breading. All 3 pieces are pitiful, like the meat came from a malnourished sickly chicken. Ridiculous. The last few times I’ve been to this location it has been a let-down.

Never make it to this location that something is not amiss. Out of spicy chicken – are you kidding me. Not enough help to staff the counter, cook food or keep the place clean. Food when they have it is great but you will hate the drama you can expect awaits

2nd time here , bought family meal both times . Had to wait on them to cook the chicken but I prefer that so it’s fresh. Also got 6pc ghost pepper wings , they are excellent, reminds me of Indi’s hot chicken wing in louisville.
