This was the cleanest Popeyes I’ve been to. Really the cleanest restaurant! The customer service was perfect. The ladies that work here are so sweet. Food was good and fresh! They had condiments organized by the drinks so you do not have to ask for them. Will definitely come back again!

The food was good as Popeyes should be, although the chicken was extra salty. It was 630 on Friday night business was slow, no one was out front, I waited 5 minutes for someone to come take my order. When I received my food, they forgot my sandwich, but the lady (possibly a manager) knew that right away and brought it out. I order an 8 piece dinner ALL DARK meat, to go. Unfortunately, I did not look at it in the box, It was not all dark meat. We were very disappointed because my family won’t eat the white meat. Beans and rice were good. Classic sandwich was good. If we go back, I will throughly look at my order. I should have known better.

Arrived at 12:38 pm (lunchtime), ordered two breasts at the drive thru, got to the window and they tell me they only have one. Really? It’s lunchtime at a chicken joint, and you don’t have any of what is probably the most popular item? They asked if I wanted them to do a “special drop” (which I’m guessing is a fancy way of saying cook more chicken), which made it sound like I would be putting them out, or did I want a different piece? I asked if they had any thighs, and they said yes, so I got one beast and one thigh. The real rub is they charged me the same.

When I got back to work I opened the box, and the thigh was actually bigger than the breast. If I had more time I would have driven back to the place and demanded my money back. To top it off, the breast was dry as a bone, and part of the coating wasn’t even cooked through (it was a cakey-like clump). The thigh was fine.

When this place first opened there was always a line of cars at the drive thru, and the lot was full. Today, the lot was pretty much empty and there was only one car in front of me. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out why.

While this one is clean compared to the rest, they consistently screw up my order. Worst part is it’s the easiest orders, usually like 3 tenders and a mac n cheese and somehow they always either screw up the size or they just forget one of the 2 entirely. Maybe the workers are really just that dumb with simple orders at this location

Dear Owner,

Please reevaluate your staff. First and foremost, the lady who took our order was rude. I understand long shifts and even longer hours but we came nowhere close to when you close. The lady asked me to repeat myself over and over even when we came up to the window. We ordered a single tender for our son as well as a #1 for me and some spicy legs for my gf. Upon pulling up to the window to pay, the lady (or man), with dreads, proceeds to say “you can have the tender spicy now or you will have to wait for it to be regular” in a condescending tone. She (he) then proceeded to rudely say, “ok pull up to the second window, you’ll have to wait there then” Our son is two years old! He can’t have spicy things! Why is your staff getting rude and condescending with a simple order?!? Honestly, I would like to know.

After waiting to receive our food we headed back home, upon arriving, we proceeded to open our food up to look at this. Really? Is that worth $29?!?! Look at my sandwich, and look at the tender. I understand restaurants can run out of food but don’t serve crap to people.

Dear owner, we live two mins away and could be regulars but after receiving multiple bad treatment by staff and terrible food, why even try? Would you like us to come back? If so, retrain staff and focus on quality. Quality people, quality food, and a quality experience.

This review is mainly about price gouging and deceptive business practices, along with the sloppy packing of food.
I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 5 piece chicken strips and a large tea.
It was $29!
Why? Oh, I said I didn’t want the biscuit so they rang up the strips ala carte for almost $4 each. $19 for 5 chicken strips, of which 2 were fresh, the other 3 were toothbreakers.
No biscuit apparently automatically means ala carte.
I don’t know the exact price as they didn’t give me a receipt.
What they did give me, though, was 2 chicken sandwiches dropped into separate bags, which had soaked through before I could park and eat. What happened to the foil lined pouches?
No matter, once I get ripped this bad, I’ll never return.
The food was good, the price was outrageous, and a toddler could have packed the food better.

When this location first opened, I defended it on Facebook. I have had nothing but a poor experience the last 10 times I’ve been to this location. The order is always wrong. The last time I ordered mac and cheese (which is $4) the small container was half full and mostly crusted cheese and hardly any noodles, and I love the cheese part too. But $4 and did not get my monies worth at all. If this does not get fixed, then this location will eventually get no business at all. Business is already extremely slow. Popeyes is my favorite place to eat. And I don’t even want to go cause every single time there is an issue. Why do you want this location to fail??? That’s what I don’t understand. I wish these issues would get resolved. I stood up for this location and now I’m complaining about it. I just don’t understand why the poor quality just keeps happening over and over again. I’ve been to all different locations throughout the tristate area and this is the first time I’ve written a review for a complaint. I love Popeyes. Please fix this store! Then I know business would be better!!

It’s actually surprising to see how many different ways this location can screw up just a single order. I can’t accurately rate the food quality because I never seem to get the correct items that I ordered. And the staff is a mixed bucket of skillsets. I’ve had very nice and helpful people and then others that didn’t see to think it was possible to get an order with all dark meat. Really? It’s entirely possible via the app but they told me it was impossible to ring it in like that. Okay. Whatever you say. I love Popeyes chicken, but this location is the bottom of the bucket.

It’s kinda hard to get anyone to come to the register here an the last 3 times I have ordered they have forgotten to put something I ordered in the bag so just make it a habit to keep before leaving… Customer service isn’t the greatest but not to bad of an experience for 50 bucker roos
