First time we have ate at Popeyes. We both had two piece all white chicken meal, I had fries with mine, hubby had mashed and coleslaw. Biscuits were fresh and very good. Chicken was fresh, juicy and delicious. I really liked the fries and my hubby really enjoyed the mashed potatoes and the cole slaw. We will be going back!

I don’t usually leave reviews but after the amazing experience I had I couldn’t resist. There was one employee that stood out to me the most they went above and beyond to make sure our dinner was perfect and that was Bailey best. She was so kind and just all around good at her job the customer service was on point. Thank you Bailey!

Ordered online and coworker went to pick up. Was given wrong order after she specifically asked it the order was for me and they said yes. Had to go back from the other side of town and got the right order that was sitting there for 45 minutes. No apology was given.

I like the food and everyone is nice but you have to stop getting it wrong. I’ve gone 3 times and 3 times have been wrong.
This time the drive through employee said “I know it doesn’t show this on the screen but I PROMISE it will be right.”

Popeyes is the best chicken there is because you can get it regular or spicy, and it’s spicy. Chicken is extremely spicy. Customer service was excellent

we went one time around when they first opened the chicken was hard almost burnt like so we said okay they are still new, tried again a few months later and it’s just the same. people are friendly but the food just isn’t good which is obviously what you go for.
