I met a friend here for lunch on a Friday. The service was very good, especially the young lady at the counter taking orders. She was very accommodating and allowed customers to be very specific about how their food was cooked and relaying it to the kitchen staff. I’m not picky and I ordered the regular Chicken sandwich combo with fries. The sandwich was cooked just right and very tasty, with a crunchy flavorful breading. The fries were decent. Overall it was a great visit.

I specifically ask for my order to be prepared fresh. I got the surf and turf. Waited 3 minutes on shrimp only to get my chicken tenders cold. Kokomo do better!!!!

My Young Beautiful Bride and I went to Kokomo for supper and decided to try Popeyes.
I ordered the original 3 piece chicken and she ordered the 2 piece extra spicy.
Both orders were extra spicy, I simply pulled the skin off.
Restaurant was very clean and the employees were very friendly.
Chicken is chicken and I was not as impressed as My Young Beautiful Bride was.

Chicken was crumbing and biscuits were hard. Brought the food and receipt back and the manager refused to give me my money back. Saying they always cook food fresh to order.

I literally pulled up in the drive-through and I paid my bill and then I gave a tip and she was not happy with the tip because she said she didn’t get paid enough and it wasn’t worth it so she laughed at me

Their online ordering cannot be done. It’s worthless! Trying to call them 5 times is a waste of time. They cannot seem to employee staff who want your money or understand basic economics, as it seems impossible to communicate with
the Kokomo store. I would like to know who is the highest in charge of this store who gives a crap about customers or taking their money because there’s no one who works there that does. This is a sorry business who doesn’t have any customer service standards!
