had maybe the best popeyes experience here. chicken tenders were made to order – though this may be because it was in the morning – and huge. fresh biscuit! guys at the counter were polite. definitely more expensive than the standard popeyes but everything was great, especially given that it’s in a rest stop.

Spent $18 on a raw chicken sandwich and cold fries. I was told when I ordered that the sandwich would take 2-3 minutes to be ready, which I am fine with. After maybe 90 seconds my meal was ready. This is a rest stop so I was back on the road driving when I had opened the sandwich and took a bite into raw chicken. I saved my receipt and tried contacting Popeyes about it once I was back home the next day, but since I did not stop and take a picture of my raw chicken (MIND YOU I WAS DRIVING) they would not offer me assistance. Giving people food poisoning will get you sued real quick.

The customer service was good, the food quality was good and fresh. I was ready to order a large fry, some tenders and a chicken sandwich but they were out of fries and a 5-piece tender only would have costed me $16+ ALONE. I stopped at the $8 chicken sandwich, which i almost walked away from. I genuinely don’t know how this location is still in business. Mayo/sauce was missing from my sandwich also. I literally just got fried chicken on 2 pieces of bread lol glad i had mayo packs in my truck. I’m almost certain the owner of this location is just trying to run it into the ground, i just don’t know man

The worst service possible. The workers had a terrible attitude and no food was ready. All of it was a 10 minute wait. The prices were all whited out of the menu screen so you don’t know the price of what you are buying then they overcharge you. Please don’t feel bad about changing your order once you hear the total and it is higher than expected. The menu screen with the combos was turned off completely. This place should not be allowed to operate like this.

Well since it was the only restaurant open at the travel plaza, its not like I had any choice.
I has to take my mandatory 30 minute break and it was after 2 pm and haven’t eaten yet today.
Got combo 9 the fish and popcorn shrimp with side of mashed potatoes and 3 jalapenos with a bottle of cherry coke to wash it down.
It was better than I anticipated actually.
Food was well cooked and pretty tasty.
The 2 young women worked hard to keep up with the line up. Not a bad visit at all.

Food was warm not real hot though at 6pm. Young kids were trying, manager was hiding in the office when people needed help. A two piece with one extra side was $11, and you don’t get a drink. That’s not that bad, but ain’t no sweet tea here or any tea. Not sure why Popeyes would allow that. Anyway my real complaint is that the side is already small, but to half fill it??!! See attached pictures. Poked a hole so you could reference outside to inside. Just isn’t standard anywhere else to short the customer. I surely wasn’t going to get the manager out of the office for that little issue. But quality was ok, but they are new. Owners better get a new person ASAP to run it.

My first time ever in a Popeyes! It was pretty good for fast food chicken and I enjoyed it for a road trip lunch. Me and my dad got the strawberry cream pie thing and holy crap it was so sweet I could not finish it.

This was a horrible experience. The employees were extremely rude. One person in our group was given a completely incorrect meal. Another person ordered tenders, but one of the “tenders” was actually a piece of the signature chicken, so she unexpectedly bit into a whole leg bone. Two members of our group ordered tenders and still hadn’t gotten them after 20 minutes. When they asked the employees about their meals, they were told that the restaurant was out of tenders. First of all, this was after extra tenders were put into the meals of multiple others in our group – they obviously would not have run out if they had put the correct number in the meals to begin with. Second of all, the employees never said anything to us about running out of tenders, until they were directly asked about the meals – they were very clearly just never going to let us know.

If you want a Covid safe rest stop this is not it. Staff does not wear masks while preparing, serving or at check out. There are no plastic barriers. Good work Indiana!

So here at this particular Popeyes, the chicken is always juicy and moist….I stopped here a couple of times a week, and I never had an issue with thier products…..and their beans and rice is spot on hot….not spicy hot but just kept hot and it is really good
