Would leave zero stars if I could, hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve had. Ordered a number 3 combo (bacon & cheese chicken sandwich) and received a chicken thigh meal instead. After asking an employee why I was given the wrong meal I was told they were out of all sandwiches, but was never informed prior to placing my order and paying. The employee at the register just gave me something completely different and apparently couldn’t be bothered to let me know. Chicken and fries tasted like they were sitting out all day long. Employees were rude and absent. Avoid this place at all costs, it’s not worth losing time from your trip. Just go hungry and find somewhere else.

I came for a hot meal after driving for 8 hrs. Decided on Popeyes. I ordered a 2 pc chicken mea with fries and Mac n cheese. The mac n cheese you could tell had sat out all day, the biscuit was hard as a rock and cold and looked almost like a bite was taken out of it. The fries were super cold as well. I went and asked them to at least re-make the fries and the 2 Hispanic guys working there gave me attitude and said there’s a 5 minute wait or just get a different side. I decided to wait and they seemed angry they had to actually do their job. It was slow in the service plaza. Not much inside traffic.

As a driver I’ll stop once a week for fast food. I love me some Popeyes but I will NEVER eat here again. At 7pm I was only able to order bone in chicken. The only other item I could order was a #1 which would’ve taken 10 minutes. Got my chicken and it was burnt beyond anything I’d say was edible. I’ve traveled this route for awhile now and I’m pretty sure this is also a newer location. Not even remotely acceptable. I’ve had better Popeyes at Arlington in Akron, Ohio and that stuff is bottom of the barrel quality all while dodging bullets. Get your ish together Popeyes. PS your max and cheese was garbage too.

This Popeyes location was having a bad day… or to good of one… I arrived just after noon and everything I originally or6was sold out. How does a chicken place sell out of wings and chicken sandwiches. May better luck next time… 2 star because the guy at register was nice and gracious although embarrassed.

This is a nice Popeyes. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Popeyes has a standard Popeyes menu, so I was going to order the 6 pc ghost chicken wings, but they were sadly out. Because of this misfortune, I ordered 3 pieces of chicken with a side of cajun fries and sweet heat sauce. When I got my order I saw that I got 5 pieces of chicken instead of 3, but I didn’t mind and ate them anyways. The chicken, fries, and sauce tasted pretty good, but the sauce wasn’t as spicy as I would’ve liked. I thought it would be spicy since it was called sweet heat sauce, but it seemed to be more sweet than spicy. However, it still went good with the chicken and fries. I gave this Popeye’s five stars because it had tasty chicken, fries, and sauce. Even though they were out of the Ghost Chicken Wings and the sauce want as spicy as I would’ve like, the great taste of the food made up for these shortcomings.

Wow what a terrible experience! Stopped by here for quick lunch . Stood in line 20 min to order .Greeted by a staff person who looked like he was so miserable. I asked for sandwich- out asked for 3 pc chicken – “ all I have are wings “ asked for nuggets “ out “ I asked what do you have ? Tenders… ok ordered that and guess what only side available was Fries or Mashed potatoes . This is at 1 pm on a long holiday weekend. Bad service food was not fresh, should have just went to Sbarro next door.

We stopped at a travel plaza on our way through Ohio. This Popeyes had no food other than chicken strips and fish. Tasted terrible. It tasted like cleaning supplies. And it was much more expensive than if you went to a Popeyes that was not on the thru Way. Skip Ohio Popeyes on the thru way.
