Very slow service. Over ten minutes for a simple sandwich. Don’t try ordering through the app, because they aren’t affiliated with the app. Only two young guys working here that hid in the back most of the time.
Food was underwhelming.

Slow is too generous a description for this spot. I was given a warning that it would be a 10 minute for a sandwich, which I didn’t mind. However, it took at least 15 minutes.
It’s NOT affiliated with other Popeyes locations, and won’t accept coupons or orders in the app.
The employees here were inattentive, and I’m not sure if they could have worked slower if they tried.

To their credit, the sandwich I ordered was hot, and seems to be assembled correctly. Taste was fine overall.

Fried Chicken was good. Staff were really nice and accommodating. The price was fair getting the bucket of chicken vs getting meals. The red beans and rice was really yummy as well. That sweet and spicy sauce is so yummy. Very good visit …will stop by again.

Proceeded to wait 16 as the employees fraternized and exchanged dipping sauces with the Sbarro’s guys next door.
I counted five flies on one window pane with the time and lost thirty minutes for this chicken sandwich.
Tasted good though.

Upon my recent visit to a local Popeyes, I encountered a series of unfortunate events that left me questioning the establishment’s commitment to customer satisfaction. The first sign of trouble was the absence of several menu staples; the Spicy Wings, Spicy Tenders, and the beloved Sweet Tea were all unavailable. This lack of options was the initial disappointment.
The wait time further exacerbated the situation. It took an astonishing 10 minutes for an employee to attend to me, a delay that seemed to stretch on indefinitely as I stood there, hopeful yet unacknowledged. When service finally arrived, it was not with an apologetic smile but with a demeanor that suggested annoyance, as if my presence was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity for service.
The overall experience was dispiriting, to say the least. The staff’s apparent indifference to customer service and the glaring gaps in the menu selection painted a picture of a restaurant that has lost its way.

Stopped in on the way through the state. Decided to get Popeyes and it was the worst decision. Got to the register and couldn’t even hear the girl at the register. She clearly hated her life and didn’t care mumbling with an attitude. Stated they only had bone in chicken the #4 combo. So we decided ok that’s fine I suppose. Then was told they didn’t have any sides other than mashed potatoes and green beans. To top it off we were told they didn’t have drinks as well. All employees seemed to be in horrible moods and extremely rude. The chicken was ok, mashed potatoes blah, and the biscuit tasted old. I’ll probably never come through here again but if I do I surely won’t be stopping. 1 star only because I can’t do 0. do better!

It’s fast food, at a rest stop nonetheless, I could have lived with mediocre food.
The kicker was when at 430pm we were told there simply wasn’t nothing whatsoever on the menu available besides “number fours”, not even fountain drinks.
Entire staff is not even slightly friendly or apologetic. In fact, they’re downright rude.
Hands down the worst pop eyes I’ve ever been, and the below 2.5 average (terrible on google) reflects absolutely what sort of store this is, on a regular basis.
Needs shut down or totally revamped with staff that cares. Absolutely zero recommendations. Keep driving!

The 3 guys who were working the night of 11/2 were the sweetest guys ever and we’re super helpful!! I was telling them that I know that they were about to close, but I was asking if they had any food left and they made everything fresh for me. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes!!!

I came for a hot meal after driving for 8 hrs. Decided on Popeyes. I ordered a 2 pc chicken mea with fries and Mac n cheese. The mac n cheese you could tell had sat out all day, the biscuit was hard as a rock and cold and looked almost like a bite was taken out of it. The fries were super cold as well. I went and asked them to at least re-make the fries and the 2 Hispanic guys working there gave me attitude and said there’s a 5 minute wait or just get a different side. I decided to wait and they seemed angry they had to actually do their job. It was slow in the service plaza. Not much inside traffic.

Google says hours are open until 11pm, I went to the counter around 9pm and two guys were standing there talking, no food made at all on the racks behind them, I asked if they were closed and he said yes. I asked why it said 11pm for this particular location on google and he said he didnt know. Either you have employees who are lazy and close store early or your hours are wrong, on google maps. Please fix this. I was really hungry for popeyes and could still smell chicken in the travel plaza. Thats some torture right there.
