So I ordered, or attempted to order, a three piece chicken basket; Cole slaw & mashed potatoes with a drink thinking that it amounted to about $12.00–$14.00. (Could not figure out the new menue speaker board). What I got was Large Sprite (jumbo) French fries & mashed potatoes & 3 pieces of chicken for $17.+. New building is nice but speaker or order “taker” needs improvements.

The service at this was average and the inside of the restaurant was not clean. I stood in line for 15 minutes for my order. The highlight of my experience was the chicken sandwich. I literally cried as I took my first bite. I rated my experience 3 stars.

It’s a young black female manager who’s awesome. I don’t know her personally, but she knows exactly how to handle business without having a bighead just because she’s in authority. The employees worked together in unity. That’s what I enjoy seeing when I walk into a restaurant. The food was so good I visited 3 times in one week. P.S. I LOVE MY CHICKEN FROM POPEYES! Lastly, the store was clean.

Not one thing in our order was correct. Lots of employees standing around & one even crying because they were “making her stay later than she was supposed to & she didn’t want to”. We had a very long wait for our order just to find it all incorrect & we ordered ahead online.

Today, I ordered one sandwich, atleast 7 people after me received their order before me and 6 drive thru orders received their order before me. I was there for 25 minutes for 1 sandwich. It seemed like a whole new crew, I have never had this kind of service before. My chicken came right out of the fryer and slopped right on the bun. I had a saugy bun from the greace.
